Is it uncommon for several schools to be close due to the flu. There is at least three school districts (Comanche ISD, Godley ISD, Morgan ISD) and one charter school (Treetops International School) in North Texas have closed for the remainder of the week due to high flu-related absences.
Additionally, there have been at least 10 North Texas school districts reported to have closed due to illness over the last month, with most closures occurring in the last week of January.
This indicates that at least 10 schools have closed due to the flu in North Texas this year, with four closures specifically noted for this week.
I’ve never heard of it but I’m from the generation you didn’t get out of school till it actually started snowing and sticking to the roads. These kids go in late with a little flash flooding.

2 schools in Vermont closed last week due to a combo of regular flu and that norovirus, I guess it was spreading and hardly any kids were well enough to attend, and then the teachers got sick. The stomach virus, the noro, seems to hit hard and leave quick. Now, these are pretty small schools compared to the national average, one grade school and one high school, some bus drivers are out of commission too. I told my son to stop buying those gas station foods that they have now, deep fried this and that, just to be safe. Any threat to keep him from that bad habit, not sure if he could catch anything that way,though.

Please post your favorite scripture that for praying for the good guys to win this war against evil, Trump & team stomping out evil. It’s kinda hard to search this because of the algorithm. I’ve been praying a while for Trump & his team as well as my fellow patriots. I know God hears all prayers no matter how simple or poetic. I’d like to praying saying his word. With everything happening right now I’m feeling a strong need to pray more than ever. Blessings frens, stay strong and safe.

I’ve been tossing & turning since four finally gave up. My old insomnia pattern is never far from showing itself. Most likely because I’ve been eating foods I don’t eat, out of town off the plan. I see a mid day crash nap in my future. Also could be I’m wired thinking about watch the sky & all the other q stuff. At least I’m keeping good company😊
Well, you know the Good Lord asks us to not to be caught sleeping. My rhythms do get switched around as the hours of daylight start to shift, on both ends, fall and the end of winter. Once February has arrived, I get such a rush of energy due to the days finally coming out of that dark. There is also so much happening and so fast, I do not want to miss a thing, so I become hyper vigilant.Naps are great, but like a child I tend to wake up cranky though.

I’m on iPhone 16 pro max and can open them. If I click the link it’s cat box but gaw is the link in the website bar. IDK, it doesn’t make sense to say GAW link but its cat box. I took screenshot, clicked on link to open, it opens in cat box. Both ways I can view the video. If all else fails turn off phone and clear the history. You can clear in the safari browser under history. I always leave one link to GAW in history. I’m scared my password isn’t going to work, no problems yet but not taking a chance. Just takes longer you have to select each link to delete. I’m just paranoid one time it didn’t accept my password and it was correct. Hope you are able to get it working

Your welcome, not that I helped much. Maybe you can look at cat box when you are on good cell signal. It’s ridiculous we have to put up with dead zones in cell service and internet service issues! We finally have a tower going up less than a mile from my house, it will be great not dealing with brightspeed, AKA Centurylink, Embarq, Sprint. They can change the name but the service sucks. We have the technology in America to never have cell or internet issues. Good luck 🍀

Only asking because every now and then someone will keep posting on a thread negative argumentative comments. I’m not against constructive discussions.
