That's too good for Russia, I don't think so. There is no real win for Ukraine in that scenario, although that is often the price to pay of losing ground after rejecting peace before I suppose.
Honestly there's never been a solution that doesn't include exactly those terms. We've known that since the beginning. The only question has been how many innocent Ukrainians had to die before Zelensky would accept the inevitable.
The only variable might be who patrols the DMZ. I think giving that to a European state is already a big win for Zelensky, as I assumed that was the whole reason Putin brought in North Korea. A non NATO country trusted by Russia to handle the post war cleanup.
