It is very hard for people to accept that they've been duped, so most people assume everything is status quo -- even ignoring obvious things like mega-rich politicians and how they became that way. That is until TSHTF and it can no longer be ignored. I think everyone assumed some level of corruption, but didn't get that the majority of the government was involved. Misappropriation of U.S.Tax money has become the biggest ponzi scam of all time. They will find a paper trail and probably already have everything they need, but are breaking it into digestible chunks for unassuming Americans.

Unfortunately, it’s not too surprising that most people don’t want to change the system and will accept the bribes, corruption, and lawlessness, as just how the world works, and as long as they get a cut of the action, too. One of my relatives openly admitted that the elites doing favors for one another is normal and acceptable. For example, it’s totally ok for famous actors to get paid millions of dollars to use their influence in supporting Ukraine (while directly or indirectly making Russia out to be the bad guys). It’s sad and pathetic, but it’s the reality we are living in right now.
This dawning realization of betrayal by countless citizens is the very heart of The Great Awakening that has been happening across America and the West.
It started slowly a few years ago but has grown and accelerated in the last two years, and we have all been witnesses to it. Isn't it glorious, fellow anons? Isn't it exhilarating to see all our "trust the plan" feelings be vindicated in such a dramatic way since Jan. 20?
Not a month has gone by since Trump's inauguration and just sit back and look at the changes we've witnessed. This has been a wild journey, and I'm just glad to have been a small part of it.

I once lived in la di dah land too. But I started seeing this in 1985 when I read a book call "none dare call it a conspiracy" by a guy named Allen. It was published first in 1972. I was 23 years old amd in the Navy. Scared the crap out of me but opened my eyes wide. Nobody i talked to about it would believe it was anything but the rambling of a dissatisfied author looking for attention. Over the years the books premise bore itself out in real time but honestly I just felt helpless.
