How is returning money spending?
Does anyone else remember when Congress had a balanced budget with money left over and re3fused to pay down the national debt with the surplus?
It would be bad for America to pay down it's debt was the mantra.
The real creditors are we the people. Paying us all $5000 is just the beginning of paying down the true debt they owe.
That's what I said. This isn't our debt, it's congress' debt. We didn't agree to all these kickbacks.
I could have built a house out in the country with cash with all the money that's been taken from me in income taxes over the years. Instead, I had to struggle to barely survive for over a decade. I sure could have used that 30 percent they were taking every single week.
Anything less than $200,000 per taxpayer is not sufficient.
To be fair, $5,000 after a months work aint bad.
How much taxpayer dollar does it take to keep The Capitol running, solely on a 'day to day' basis? For the likes of Jasmine Crockett, Maxine Waters and Jamaal Bowman to be there screeching illiterate racist shite.
Think about the sheer scale of what you, as a worker, pay for. It's eye-watering.
We pay way too much money for them. Actually each one should be paid by the district they represent not the country’s taxes. Also if they want all these assistants/secretaries/etc either they pay for them out of their pocket or their district can foot the bill.
Exsqueeze me? Congress hasn't passed ANY budget in ages, much less a BALANCED budget. Continuing resolution after continuing resolution leading to trillions in deficit spending was all done by Congress for the very purpose of creating slush funds for funding black ops and for government gangsters to enrich themselves through kick backs. Pay out the DOGE Dividends to help the tax payers the money was stolen from and THEN pass a balanced budget without all the BS Congress has been wasting our money on.

The House and Senate will need to be cleaned out before serious changes can happen. Unless Trump's leverage is so extreme that even Schumer and Pelosi have no choice but to say, "Sir. Yes, Sir. How high, Sir?"
