SDNY is an abbreviation for the Southern District of New York. It refers to a United States federal court and the U.S. Attorney's Office that operates within that jurisdiction.
This is a troll for the SDNY and Comey's daughter to reveal themselves for what they are. Sure, SDNY has files. I believe that. What I don't believe is that the freaking FBI DOESN'T have them. There is more to this than meets the eye.
If there's no immediate arrests and held without bonding the justice system will continue with business as usual. Push back must be overwhelming. 77Million voters are not going to be patient about what they're demanding.
The leadership team for the U S Attorney office in the Southern District of New York is in a difficult situation. The way this has worked out, the national spotlight is now focused directly on them and they are not in any position to delay, deny, cover up or destroy any evidence without facing severe consequences. Dismissal would be the least of their worries. The Attorney General and her team can not survive a retreat and anything other than full compliance with her orders will have to be dealt harshly. There are too many people who know what is going on for any kind of cover up to be successful. I suspect the U S Attorney in New York and those around him will realize they are in a no win situation.
They should dox SDNY attorneys so their neighbors and friends can ask them why they’re hiding evidence of the most prolific child sex trafficking case in American history.
It’s hardly surprising that the FBI and SDNY that tried to send Trump to prison didn’t follow orders to hand everything over. These people will do whatever they can to protect their political masters who are most likely implicated.
Find out who they are, fire them and prosecute them.
Bondi wrote Kash a letter today saying FBI defied her order. She expects those docs delivered by 8:AM tomorrow. As I see it, Kash is now FBI boss, he should do a Maralago type raid on that NY FBI office tonight and deliver his boss Bondi her request tomorrow morning.
When these two were nominated heads exploded. Now they are in, time for heads to roll. If they don’t take control now they will lose that control…..no 14 day investigation, an overnight raid is what I expect.
Here’s her letter, starts strong then morphs into you have 14 days to “investigate”. How about ACT first, investigate later !
I hope this is what they do but if SDNY has the files and Bondi doesn’t why’d she go on Waters yesterday and claim there’s sick stuff in the files that she’s seen and they’re redacting victims names… when in reality she had nothing. That seems suspicious.
Who facilitates the flow of this information? I don't even care about seeing the information, but anyone so concerned about hiding it should cease to exist. Right there. Anyone scrambling to delete documents I want dead more than I even want to know what was there. All of those little rats should be dead.
