But even the Hur report said there wasn't enough evidence to bring anything to court.
And now that Biden is out of office, there is no way to prove to a court of law (which would be needed to get anything changed) that he was cognitively incapable of being President.
The time to have insisted on a full set of clinical assessments would have been while he was President. And that never happened. So...
Sadly, I think this is just yet another case of baseless hope. It does nothing but get people's hopes up, just for nothing to ever happen, and make people bitter and angry that they chased a pipedream for years.
