But why give them 15 days though??? If you find 700 ineligible votes before the 15 days is up, then game over, 15 days is simply dragging your feet.
Because some of the county board of elections may not have notified them to cure their ballots before they certified the votes at canvas time.
This allows the individuals the time to do it on their own.
