So this one is a human trafficker?
So a court changed his deportation status in 2019 to cant be returned to El Salvador. Wonder if this guy has knowledge of the botched MS-13 job that resulted in Seth Rich's death and the subsequent elimination of the MS-13 team at a rest stop in Maryland. There has to be something big there that so many rats are expending so much political capital to protect him. Its insane otherwise. It provides them no advantage in any way that I can see and in fact just sheds more light on their evil.

A protected one all the way back in 2022. A protected one still being protected by a judge willing to defy the Supreme Court itself. This guy's connections appear to be worth investigating, because whoever is protecting his crimes has dirt on judges as well.

I think what they're hanging their argument on is this: Due to fear of retaliation by a hostile gang, a judge ordered that Garcia CAN be deported by the US to any incarceration facility BUT any prison in El Salvador. I've never seen any article about Trump admin admitting an error. I can't believe they were ignorant of this ruling but knew it and chose to do it anyway. I'm guessing.
The lawyer representing the administration called it an error, I think. If not those exact words, their words were to that effect.
It's not certain if that lawyer was bad at their job, or trying to throw the case intentionally. Either way, they were fired.

I totally agree. Perhaps he has all of the dirt on Pelosi, and or the Seth Rich murder...maybe he actually had direct contact with her, Wasserman, Podesta.....There is a lot of desperation in trying to bring him back "home" that totally defies all common sense. The MS13 ruse was really smart. They could have MS13 take out someone, then simply call it a gangland shooting/killing. Then later take out the shooters. The dems were not implicated. That's why Nancy was so upset when Trump was sending them back the first time.
It should be noted they failed to kill him and he walked into the ambulance on his own talking the whole time. He was killed at the hospital later, right after a local politician rushed there. Why was the politician informed? Thats a HIPPA violation and police procedure isn't "inform politicians every time someone is robbed" especially in DC where crime is out of control. The media story doesn't really hold water when the actual events are known.
Rich did work for the DNC. Living in that circle, it's not inconceivable that pols would find out about it.
Having worked in health care I can honestly say the police have never called a patient's employer's friends at 4 in the morning and its illegal for the hospital to do that.
The fact that she was informed is weird, that she got out of bed and rushed to the hospital even weirder. She didn't work for the DNC, though she was a party member so she wasn't even an employer. It would be like the police informing Costco you got a flat tire simply because you're a member. That never happens AND there aren't any privacy laws making it illegal for them to do it.
Yup. IIRC, there was a statement in the news about El Salvador wanting more info about MS -13 and its higher-ups. Since this guy has been in that gang for a long time, is not a low-level member and has been in the US during "interesting times", he could definitely "know things" and/or been involved in things that "certain people" don't want disclosed.
