I'm glad all of these Leftist judges are showing their true feelings. It will put a spark under the pants of the Supreme Court to either go along with these bad rulings or they will begin to reign in the out of control judges. if you can’t control the Visas once they are issued, then don’t issue ANY student Visas until the power to control the Student Visas are restored - blame the Activist Judges & be done with it

I don’t disagree that we should be prioritizing domestic students. I don’t disagree that some foreign students may be foreign assets. I don’t disagree that Harvard is sus.
But I don’t like this “give us the list of all students that might be spies/traitors” move at all. How long till that list expands to other groups that the federal government does not approve of? I’m trying to think long term, and I’m not sure I like the precedent this sets.
Listening to an earlier panel discussion it seems the administration wants Harvard to offer the same free schooling foreign students receive to American citizen students.
nah thats too far. I was a foreign student form the UK for a year or two and it was great. You just need to be sensible ffs. It shouldnt be that difficult really.

So I recommend we do a 10 year ban on all foreign students and during thst time formulate a way to better vet them.
Personally it think lawyers and judges are in for a rude awakening of their own. Legalese is the basis for the corrupt system. It needs to go. We are never going to be free until the judiciary is severely reigned in. I trust judges less than doctors even. At least I can refuse a doctor and not be charged with the lame overly abused contempt charge. The Barr needs to be disbarred. I'm very disappointed and angered at the way many judges are failing. I'm convinced they are stupid, I'm sure they water their gardens with gatorade.

Why is there not a class-action suit against all district judges for their illegal use of nationwide injunctions/TROs? It seems like a LOT of time is being wasted. SCOTUS goes into recess the end of June. I guess SCOTUS won't care when they have to come back in during the summer to hear an emergency case when Trump just starts ignoring the district court injunctions and forces the issue.
I guess maybe he could just be waiting to prove the courts are no longer viable, and usher in tribunals.
