I don't think President Trump is actually contemplating this idea. I think it is his was of ratching up belligerence against her from his supporters. You are born with citizenship and only you can renounce it. I'm not a legal scholar, but national citizenship is one of those things that are really sacred within our form of government. If it were not then every other election the opposition would be tossing Americans out of the country because they voted wrong.
