My thought was that the old owners or board or ceos or all 3 were involved in trafficking so all their assets are void and this is the slow burn of some of their assets.

Great strategy. Start reversing how they've been destroying good companies headed by cabal by removing the cabal and letting decent people start running them, and helping the public participate.
Taking away their public cash cows as well as stopping the hedging & shorting will remove the light ng term advantages they had over the free market. But additionally we'll need people to step up and start running their own businesses so people have legitimate options.

I believe I read on here someone made a comment that sounds plausible. The Corp raiders that took over Cracker Barrel are doing this on purpose to drive Cracker Barrel out of business because the real estate holdings are more valuable than the company.

Cracker Barrel's stock went down $10 but now it went back up +$7 again..which makes me think they did it on purpose so they can short it and make money and buy it back for cheap.. I doubt they even really care about the company.. just using it for the swings
