I don't know it all, as a matter of fact I did fenben and ivermectin in addition to every other concoction and whatever I could for my dog, and it didn't help him. My husband has fatty liver right now. I would seriously say that you need to heal your fatty liver first. I wouldn't worry about getting rid of parasites until you have yourself healed. I know my husband is having a heck of a time healing his body! I can't imagine trying to kill parasites while we are doing this. Just my opinion. Good luck and man, I know how tough this is.
