It really depends where in Ukraine she came from.
I guess, since she moved to the west rather than Russia, that she is from the west of Ukraine, which is actually reasonably safe for civilians unless you get sent to the front or publicly disagree with the government.
This is a guess though and I recognise my incomplete knowledge of the situation.
What a nightmare, she was dying and the lady next to her got up and walked away. No humanity no care, no outrage just apathy and indifference. Now this Beutiful girl just has a few moments of terror as her life drains away. Surrounded by strangers who didn't even react to her death.

He needs to be locked into a cell with this picture covering all the walls so he can contemplate his actions. If this murder is clearly shown on video I dont see how his actions will be justified. He should already be bumped up to the front of the line for an immediate execution. The judge who released him needs some attention, also. Her actions directly cause a woman's death. Repercussions need to come her way, too.
