I just watched a witness who ask Charlie a question. After Charlie spoke, this young man turned away and a few seconds after that, the shot rang out. His opinion was that the shot was from a rifle at an elevated position. It was not close by with a pistol. Too many were around and would have seen someone with a weapon. The man they arrested confessed but didn’t have a weapon on him.
I think this was a set up by deep state to assassinate him.
What a shame. He will be missed. He is with God for sure.

Did he have any relation to the retired Orem Police Captain Todd Mallinson? Both bald & white. Might be a coincidence, but Michael is a reported as a registered democrat & Todd just happens to have been a Captain in the city where this happened.
I am not claiming they are related, OR that Todd had anything to do with this. If they were brothers, it could explain why he was such a good shot at 200 yards.
Granted many individuals in Utah that are this old were hunters & know how to handle firearms. Even been shooting & hunting with some democrat friends over the years in this state.
I have seen claims Michael is a registered democrat & would love to know where that information came from.
