/u/JohnTitor17 may have saved my life with posts about vitamin C & Lysine.
I had a stroke in late June of this year, and the doctors were amazed that the arteries leading to my heart were so clean while the ones leading to my brain were major league clogged. So, it's easy to understand why I have nothing but praise for this anon.
Personally, I've probably been wrong more than I've been right trying to figure out the details about this fake world that we find ourselves in. I just wasn't brave enough to share my ideas. I'll always take the time to hear what my favorite time traveler is thinking about.
This is my favorite pond and I love and appreciate all of you frogs.
My previous CT scans and MRIs showed pretty serious blockage, After my stroke, a different cardiologist said that my arteries leading to my heart looked good. There was only about 2 months between the scans and I didn't take any other actions to improve it other than a whole lot of prayer. It's certainly possible that it was God's doing. However, my results were consistent with those that JT17's father in law experienced.
Unfortunately when someone comes out of left field with an idea or new information the knee jerk reaction for most people is to ignore it because they are all sheep.
I took 4k of each daily for 30 days. 2k of each in the morning and another 2k when I went to bed. The hard part was not eating anything an hour before and an hour after.
Crappy diet.
Almost no exercise.
High blood pressure.
Smoked a pack a day for 40+ years.
The cardiologist was shocked when I told him my history.
The cardiologist said that my arteries were about 5% short of optimal for a man my age who lived right.
In my opinion, there's no reason not to try it if you have any concerns. I abused the hell out of my body and was starting to experience the expected results. That's why I tried it.
What type of tests did you have to confirm that this works? Did you have a heart calcium CT scan? My dr wants me to have one because of high cholesterol. Did your lipid panel show lower cholesterol or LDL also after the 30 days? I've just started doing this plan & hope it works or else it's statins for me!!
They ran tons of tests including 2 MRIs and 3 CT scans. I don't know what my cholesterol numbers were/are, but they prescribed statins and I am not taking them. My research says that our body makes cholesterol because it needs it. It appears to me that this whole LDL/HDL cholesterol thing is yet another one of big pharma's lies. Please do some research and share what you learn.
From what I've researched so far, it seems that high LDL (bad) cholesterol is what causes the sticky plaque to build up in the arteries, so that's why I was wondering about yours. I'm also refusing statins, don't worry!! Will you be continuing this protocol forever, or can you dial it down to smaller doses now, for prevention?
That's an excellent point! I want to believe it's likely, but I knew a woman that was a distant acquaintance that smoked like a chimney while she was pregnant. (Dumb)
Three kids. All seemingly normal. Certainly not autistic.
I just got home from having the plaque cut out of my right carotid artery. My cardiologist came in with my neurosurgeon to release me from the hospital. My cardiologist asked me if I knew why my arteries leading to my heart were so clean when both of my carotid arteries were so badly blocked and I couldn't remember the guy's name that came up with the protocol so I told him a time traveler told me. He looked at me like I had lost my mind, so I explained and told him to google it.
Thanks for sharing that info anon. You legitimately might have saved my life. You have a good friend in Texas.
Kek.
And u/brain_dead too
Speaking of which, where are we going to get good autists when pregnant women stop taking Tylenol? lol
I have an idea! 🤪🔨

I agree his information that John provided on vitamin C and lysine helped me bring a clot from >85% block to >60% blocked.

To be fair, I was pretty desperate because my health was failing. I might not have tried it otherwise.
I took 4k of each daily for 30 days. 2k of each in the morning and another 2k when I went to bed. The hard part was not eating anything an hour before and an hour after.

Forgive my ignorance, but when you say 4k, does that mean 4k milligrams?
That's correct.
Thank you very much

Probably so. Congrats fren!
There's a rumor that time travel ALSO causes autism. /s
I always thought it was the other way round.
Entire point of the PO JonathanE 😂

Galileo had a way out there theory once.
Did he come full circle on it?
He was killed for being right but I see what you did there. Kek.
Alas… He never got to see the world come to accept his out there theory
Kinda like the planets following a spiral path as they are hauled along behind our burning ball of gas as it hurtles around the galaxy at 514,000 mph.
I don't have a problem with out their theories,as long as they are honest.
lol…
I enjoy your theories! Helps me think outside the box! : )
I agree. I bet we find out that many things JT has said are going to be later proven true.
Yep. Quite likely our fren might not be as "out there" as some might think. : )
A doot from me.
Sitting at the bar chuckling right now.
I have to add that I freaking love JT17
Much thanks fellas!
Uproot for making me giggle.
It could be the weed 🤷♂️

I'm pretty sure my mom smoked (cigarettes) and drank through her pregnancy with me. Ahh... the old days.
KEEEEEK.
Dayum!!!
SHOTS FIRED!!!
Dude that's as cold as ice!!!
Wait nevermind... It was self inflicted!!!

You be nice to my sweet John!!!
Omg I just realized you are making fun of yourself. Lol
Kek. Self depreciation is some of the best comedy! Thanks for the laugh.
