Read the plot of Sum of All Fears. It's basically this, Russia gets blamed for an attack in attempt to start WW3 with U.S. and Russia.
My prediction/theory is this:
Israel launches a missile at AF1 or the U.S. and tries to blame Russia.
Trump is going to South Korea later this month for the APEC Summit. Could happen then... which will lead the "precipice" (perhaps a similar situation as the Cuban missile crisis) and Red October (world wide market crash).
Edit: Alternatively, it might be blamed on Iran
And U1 come to play, since the uranium used would be the ones laundered by noname, just for this

I believe that we are in the 'saving israel for last' phase along with taking down the Rothschilds (central banking cartel).
Note: I already think Israel capitulated and we are in the PR exposure campaign (movie).
I believe this scenario outlines the (16-year) plan if Hillary had not lost. But she lost, so this won't play out. Its presence in the drop is exposure. That's my theory.

Did anyone ever find the talk about the Golden Dome to be weird? Like why would we need one?
IMHO it was narrative seeding (planting the idea into the minds that we can be hit by a missile from foreign countries).

we don't know this. we may have a golden dome right now, or we may still be developing it. last i heard officially we had less than a dozen "interceptors" based in alaska and west coast.

Israel's iron dome was developed in the US by US defense contractors. I've seen missiles shot down with lasers over 20 years ago. I'm pretty sure the US has the capability, just not sure how much is currently deployed to defend US. Search on "HELSTF" and "THEL System" to see how long ago this technology existed, then imagine what exists today that's not public knowledge.

A "mini" Sum of all Fears is already taking place in Europe, with all the drone "scares". They are quickly blamed on Russia, but I have yet to see an objective proof that it was Russia.
