Think “sniffers”…. Assets deployed (air/ground). Watch the military air traffic sites. It can be very revealing if you know what you’re looking for.
Another potential telltale identifier is medical data/records. Is there an abnormal rate of cancers, birth defects, etc. within an area? And do they share certain similarities?
