New announcements are: Gold Card for Visas if companies are willing to pay 1M for them to enter, reducing the Federal workforce while increasing private company work force, giving US Citizens the most favored nation status for drug prices, (no more subsidizing the world)!
It sounded to me like companies can use that "gold card" to bring in overseas workers, or hire them out of college instead of them leaving the country when they're done. Possibly a way to skirt H1B restrictions? I don't know details, but it didn't sound like a great thing.
I watched that discussion. The workers will be severely vetted and I presume that if they don't behave themselves, they'll be evicted, regardless of the gold card.
Weird, this is just Mark Cuban's service with Trump Branding, it runs on the same backend.
Also, my health insurance went up 150%, I don't care what prescriptions cost, I only pay $10 per prescription no matter what it is. Why is everyone so focused on prescription costs when it costs $250 to have a doctor listen to you cough?
My question is why are people going to doctors to have them listen to them cough?
The same people everyone readily acknowledges are actively trying to kill off the population, or make them sick so they need their pills. The same people who said you'd kill grandma if you didn't get a covid Vax before going to Thanksgiving.
But people think they have their best interests at heart?
I totally agree. Haven't been to a doctor in years. Take care of illnesses with natural things that have been buried for years because, well, taking a pill is so much easier than boiling leaves for elixir or teas. White willow for pain. Oil of oregano and tea tree oil, colloidal silver for infections, colds, sore throats. All my kids do the same. You don't need to run to the doctor for things you can take care of yourself. Most are just doing it for the money, and push all the stuff that hurts rather than helps.
A huge segment of our population are entirely clueless about maintaining or recovering health. These drug lords are odious to me but, to me, it's a beginning. Education, education, education.
Good points. I didn't listen to/watch this post video, but saw the entire announcement when I came across it browsing early this afternoon. Near the end POTUS says he's going after the insurance companies next, is going to bring them to the table to negotiate on behalf of the US people to lower costs, etc.
IMHO this pharma announcement felt like a hostage video and I can only imagine what POTUS communicated to them during "negotiations".
Ok, from what I understand much of this speech is about President Trump getting drug prices down, right?
And people are thinking that's a good thing? Because now more people can afford to take even more poisons from Big Pharma?
It's like people can't decide if Big Pharma is bad because it makes big profits, or if they're bad because they're actively poisoning people and trying to kill off the population. So in their brain they seem to equate less profit for Big Pharma to safe products from Big Pharma.
And that makes sense to people? Because it makes zero sense to me. 🤷♀️
The vast majority of people on insulin are type 2 diabetics that could manage well with diet and exercise.
And even then, the price cuts could be limited to those drugs people absolutely have to take or will die (though again, diet, exercise, healthy lifestyle is better than just taking a pill)
And none of those are doing anything to convince people natural remedies are best
Natural cures can go along with all this in the long run. I can not see RFK jr being satisficed without re-introducing many of the natural cures back into society and opening up more research on them to maybe expand on it even.
So which drugs are these people going to take more of? They can't get more prescriptions can they? As a person with MS, I want drug prices as low as possible.
The ones they're not taking because they can't afford it, presumably.
Isn't that what the point is? To make the drugs cheaper so people can afford them? They don't have to choose between taking their meds and buying groceries or paying their electric bill, etc... They don't have to skip doses to make their meds last longer. They can afford to take the meds that aren't strictly a life or death matter.
As an Anon (I'm assuming you're one, since you're here), why do you trust the medical establishment at all?
Why do you think the same industry that pushes vaccines on us, tell kids they need drugs to be the "correct" gender, hand out antidepressants like they're M&Ms, etc...has your best interests at heart?
What other avenues have you researched for your MS (if you actually do have it and haven't been misdiagnosed by doctors, because that's more common than not).
Have you looked at anything other than western medicine backed solutions/treatments? If not, why?
Why do you think that your situation is some special exception to the fact that Big Pharma and western medicine as a whole are actively trying to kill off the population or keep them enslaved to popping their pills for the rest of eternity?
Here's something else to think about:
If, as we're constantly told, the Plan is actually real, and Big Pharma and the medical community is put on trial and convicted for all the harm they've done to society....what do you think is going to happen with the vast majority of the industry either in prison, executed, or out of jobs?
If the entire industry is going to be slaughtered, as we've been told for years, where do you think you're going to get your meds?
If the industry exists to kill/injure people and/or to make as much money as possible off of them, then what do you expect to happen when the industry is cut down?
If it's a matter of "big pharma won't let real treatments/methods be known about", plenty of Anons right here share that type of info frequently. The info is there it's just that they're not made known to the masses by the media or the medical community.
So why are you waiting for the medical system to be taken down before going with one of the alternatives?
Frankly, I don't know why Anons aren't all doing that, so they'll be ahead of the game when the medical industry is taken down.
Well, actually, I take it back. I'm pretty sure I know why. People tend to think their specific situation is the only legitimate use of our medical industry. That somehow their doctor, and their pharmacy and their medicines are all part of the good guys, and won't be affected when the axes falls.
Or maybe they don't really believe anything will ever actually happen and it's just a nice little fantasy to think about Big Pharma (the ones they don't personally benefit from, of course) all getting strung up. Just some light daydreaming, I guess. 🤷♀️
Anon? You don't know me from Adam, so I'd say that makes me an anon. As for my research, I've lived it my friend. When I got MS, it was obvious within a week. I lost my taste for a year. I couldn't walk without help from others. I could only use a wheelchair for about 8 months.
I have to say though, that in the first few weeks after I was diagnosed, a co worker of mine came by and shared a joint. That was the best I had felt in weeks. I still partake, for health reasons. 😉😉
So to answer your question about my experience, I was started on Avonex but that had no effect, so I was switched to Beta Seron and I started to regain function. I had a relapse and lesions were found on an MRI. Then I was switched to Tecfidera. That worked for a few years and then a big relapse and two peanut sized lesions were found via MRI. My Neurologist said "OMG, it's not working."
Then I was put on Tysabri, which I consider a wonder drug. Tysabri is a monthly infusion, and I regained all but numbness in my hands, feet and face. People who meet me for the first time would never know I ever had MS.
So yes, BIG Pharma does some things well. I thank God for the medications I've been prescribed.
As for any natural cures, I heard about several. One, you let 6 bees sting you. No thank ya.
Then, if the bees didn't work, you must drink a cup of apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of honey, while standing naked under a full moon. That was embarrassing.
I'll point out that I'm not the one that thinks Big Pharma and the medical community has anything other than the destruction of our society in mind, and then paying them to poison me. 🤷♀️
If all it took to cure you was 6 bee stings, you wouldn't do that? Seriously?
So what part of non-Western medicine did you live? It sounds like all you did was go to doctors, get prescribed things that didn't work (according to your own post above), and then get prescribed something else. You thank God for medications that, more likely than not, will eventually cause yet another relapse? Did you thank God for the medicine that didn't work, as well? How do you know that if you hadn't sucked down everything someone in a white coat handed you, that you wouldn't be fine today? Or that instead you looked into some non-western medicine options (smoking weed alongside your medications doesn't count towards this) and could be 100% symptom free right now?
I'm sorry you have health issues, but it doesn't change the fact that Big Pharma is evil. Full stop. No "Big Pharma is evil, but...." type of nonsense. You're passively condoning a system that is actively killing people. Because you're under the impression that one of the cart full of medications you've been prescribed seems to be working for you for now.
And like I asked before, what are you going to do when Big Pharma/the medical industry is taken down? Do you think that your doctors/pharmacists/drug manufacturer is going to get some sort of special treatment because they're doing something you value? Do you think they're going to all be sorted into individual "good" and "evil" piles and only those that engage in whatever you personally disagree with are going to be imprisoned/executed when the time comes? And everyone else will just merrily march on, like nothing happened?
Actually, that's probably exactly what you think. I've seen this type of reasoning from people who cheerfully acknowledge that Big Pharma/our medical industry is actively killing people....but their doctor and their medication (that comes from Big Pharma) is ok, because it benefits them.
I know that everyone is going "Yaaaaay!" over Big Pharma price cuts, but that itself is enough to start bringing down the system. Most of the players in Big Pharma are in it for the money. And if they're not going to be making tons of money, why will they bother? They could go into some other industry that will make them more money. They're sure as shit not there because they care about anyone's health.
Maybe that's what President Trump's plan is. Just cut their profits and they'll abandon Big Pharma as soon as they can. And there just won't be anyone making these drugs in the future. And again, this would result in these medications no longer being available.
So if you actually do believe The Plan is real, you should probably start looking around at some alternative treatments. Or, don't. 🤷♀️
I applaud you going in hard because I don't have the heart to when its something debilitating like MS...
BUT I will say, there are a lot of things outside conventional medicine he probably hasn't tried.for example Japan uses blood purification and plasma exchange. It has similar efficacy rates to medications at their best and has no side effects..
Anecdotally Japan and China are examples of the alternatives working...their older folk work into their 90s in good health and rates of degenerative diseases are lower
The real issue is big pharma is evil and you can't exactly walk into the hospital and say hey I WANT this peptide they use in Europe and this therapy from Japan and could you do my bloods just to keep me safe while I use this Chinese herb
I'm not getting joy out of it, but they're an adult (I 100% would not challenge a child or parents of a child because that's just cruel).
And just because they have MS (again, that's not even a given, because of how grossly incompetent the medical community is at diagnosing ailments) doesn't give them special snowflake status where they get a free pass on the cognitive dissonance issues.
I agree with you about Japan and China being better examples of having folk remedies being socially acceptable and readily available for everyone to purchase.
And like I said before, if Big Pharma really is going to be put through the woodchipper, then more likely than not, most medications are no longer going to be available or at least they're going to be scarce.
So by encouraging them to seek alternative treatments now rather than wait until Big Pharma falls is a much kinder approach than just avoiding upsetting their feelings over it.
Have you tried them? Who told you they don't do anything? The same doctors telling you that you need to pay them so they can give you medication that they themselves claimed didn't work?
It's a movie...big pharma will be destroyed and hidden healing they kept from us is exposed. Relax people part of the plan. All about exposure of EVERYTHING
I don't want cheap big pharm snake oil, I want to afford the foods that are healthy and contribute to good health to be affordable, yeah, to afford the fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains and clean beef and chicken and pork. I want to afford the supplements and herbs that keep me well. I am sorry, this is more of the same. Protein, whole fats, superfoods like blueberries and broccoli! We need to be able to have healthy lifestyles and nutritious choices for our families, so that we do not end up sick and poisoned. Making America Healthy Again is directly connected to what we put in our bodies. Please make all this affordable, then there will not be a need for 70 percent of this "medicine"
Don't forget food enriched with Iodine. Iodine was replaced by Bromine like bread for example.
Bromine is literally everywhere: food, clothes, materials we touch/put in mouth with, etc.
90% of people are Iodine deficient, which is why we have a lot of health issues. We need to go back to having Iodine in food so we can be healthy again, just like people were up til the 1970's/80's.
Meanwhile, my health insurance increased on this weeks paycheck by 15%. Just got my paystub today. AWESOME SAUCE!
Every announcement Trump makes comes at a cost to my pocket book. “Lower gas prices” - LOL not in California - AND our grocery prices increased substantially in November. Bread and milk increased by at least a $1 along with everything else with the exception of radish and celery (not kidding). I’m going to condition my wife and kids to eat like rabbits, it’s literally the only way we’ll end up surviving continuing forward without maxing our credit cards to cover our bills and expenses.
Can’t wait for Trump’s “magical policies” to trickle down to my household… thankfully, I’m a patient boy… I’ll wait, I’ll wait, I’ll wait.
Whatever America President Trump has been talking about that has an A ++++++ economy, and the lowest inflation ever, and the cheapest gas and lowest grocery prices and all of that, I want to live in that America.
Because I must be living in the wrong one, because shit kind of sucks in this one. And I don’t live in California 🤷♀️
Be glad you don't have Obamacare. Prices are set to double for most of the people on Obamacare next month.
It's going to be interesting to see how many Anons get their care through the ACA exchanges and see if they've been paying attention to what's been going on or not. I have a sneeking suspicion that there's going to be a lot of drama about it.
Will the drug prices being way down as well make it so the gov spends way less on Medicaid/Medicare since, if grandma need meds those meds cost 2000$ a pop, Medicare (gov) covers all but 2% of it... those meds now only will cost $100 so grandma only pays $2 out of pocket and gov is forking out way less as well. <-that sort of thing. Seems it will be a LOT less strain on the everyone... Insurance companies better get on brd. heh.
He knows what the insurance companies been doing as to why he made sure to let people know that, he will be talking to them to see if they will bring their prices WAY down or else, work hard on cutting them out as a middleman and assigning medical vouchers directly to the people instead.
I still don't understand the gold card and the H1b stuff
I think its better to force universities to charge 2-3x more per foreign student, AND only allow them to fill a spot that continues to be vacant AFTER all the spots that americans want to take are filled. Which means potentially a waiting list for some ivys like yale, columbia, harvard, etc. Since timing is important, they'll end up going to other schools.
OH SO Sorry, not everyone gets a gold painted rolls royce. Even Chinese oiligarchs' nepo babbies.
And for hiring, I think there needs to be an AGENCY (special division of state dept) that acts like a foreign employment court...it determines if you--a company--TRULY cannot find a SINGLE american that can fill the position that you have to hire a non american.
And instead of just 'throwing money at the problem', I think the company needs to offer a 2nd job for an american for every job they give a foreigner, in addition to that Million dollar gold card or high h1b fee. They also can fire them, but they have to hire someone else and keep AN AMERICAN on in that position for 3 yrs. If they pull HR shit and continually fire that american, they are punished by forcing them to then open up TEN JOBS for Americans and keep them on for 3 yrs and 3.3 months. So they are punished 33 man yrs or 3.3M dollars which is put into US jobs
Most countries maintain baseline tariffs and have against us a long time, with them we are just playing fair for once, yeah some stuff got more expensive but it won't take many bad quarterly reports for companies to crunch the math and get back to producing here.
Don't tell me until he says, "My fellow Americans, the storm is upon us. "
Everything else is PR.
Get comfortable. It’ll be a while.
Reduced drug prices are a good thing, especially for senior citizens that have to take meds that are expensive.
Yeah, it is, I realize that. Just been hanging on so long that I'm getting weary.
I’ve been holding on since 2006! Not easy but it would seem we’re headed in the right direction
Even then it will be PR. The weapons of war change.

Fox News is reporting this is a Drug Price Announcement
Thanks for the breakdown.

"The U.S. will match the Lowest Global Drug Prices."
"The 24 Top Drug Companies are lowering Drug Prices."
How are your local state/county taxes? I know where I am, we will never see prices drop down that low because, State taxes are too much. Not CA here.
Our taxes are meh. No estate or inheritance taxes, so that's something. I think we're basically right in the middle, on averages of all the states.
I'm loving the Portrait of Teddy Roosevelt behind them. It's Magnificent! ✨
You have a real problem

If you are white period.
You'd be hard to see on white paper.
"Prices will come down fast in next year"
"We are Reducing the Government Workforce"
"If we did have the use of Tariffs we could never do this."
Most countries maintain baseline tariffs and have against us a long time, with them we are just playing fair for once, yeah some stuff got more expensive but it won't take many bad quarterly reports for companies to crunch the math and get back to producing here.
