Eighty to ninety percent of the nation are iodine deficient. If you don't live along the coast and regularly eat sea feed food you probably should be on iodine.
Many years back iodine was a key ingredient in bread. They took it out and added the carcinogen potassium bromate as a substitute. Why? They knew damned well what they were doing.
I have had a lot of good long conversations with my doc. The doc was telling me they were on thyroid meds, and I told her she likely need iodine. At my next visit I was told she off of the thyroid meds. She said, "you know why?" I said "yes, you started taking iodine.
What a lot of folks don't realize is the thyroid is an iodine hog, and if you are getting some iodine the thyroid is using it, and your lab work for thyroid enzymes can show normal or near to normal. However, you may still be iodine deficient because every internal organ needs iodine to renew and rejuvenate itself during the REM sleep cycle.
Note: Iodized salt does not contain enough iodine to supply the human body with what it needs.
I take four to five drops of iodine daily. If you want to take it as a supplement take Nascent Iodine. That is the ionic form that the body readily uses.
According to the sub I need to be spamming vitamin C, hydrochloroquine, ivermectin, 20,000 IU vitamin d, oregano oil, and that's just off the top of my head 😂
Yes. Some people take small doses of 20 mule borax, but they do sell pure food grade borax pills (I took them for a year or two during covid then forgot to buy more)
Oregano oil seems to be great if you’ve got fungus. Probably some other stuff too. I am similarly curious about needing to take all of it, on a permanent basis, and how it all interacts with each other.
To quote the youth, seems sus. Gotta be a chemist to run these bodies now? What happened to just like… eating?
Not saying the claims are necessarily wrong in full, as they’ve definitely jacked with us, but yeesh.
Does anyone else remember some of the older cartoons where iodine and castor oil and such were sold by door-to-door salesmen. Was that all a remnant of something like this happening before, and just being written out of the story?
Interesting! Thanks. I didn't know it was safe to take internally. A new friend was telling me she is on thyroid medication and she thinks she needs her dose elevated because she's been 'low energy.' (like Jeb!) I'll tell her about this. But I thought that once you started on thyroid meds you had to take them the rest of your life? But your doctor actually got off them? Do you know how she did that - like, did she have to wean herself off?
Oh, I see. I don't think my friend knows that. Thanks! Actually, do you have any information of what it would do to just stop taking them? Like, either cold turkey or even weaning off them. I'm curious if she would even notice much difference.
She told me she got off them. I don't know that she weaned off them. My doc is very accepting to homeopathic alternatives, which makes her willing to listen to things that go against what she was taught and do the research to find the truth.
All my foods are basically salty, and can’t eat sugars, still with breathing problems, however I noticed that my body is asking me to consume more red meat and milk so that’s what I am trying to do. I am avoiding fish shrimp tuna and I feel much better.
I will tell you all started in 2020 after the fake pandemic 2020. Don’t know how to get rid of. I tried ivermectin, Cl O2. I have rub my chest with DMSO, teas, oregano oil + black seed oil among vitamins, I was going to try Fenbendazole plus doxy and ivermectin but I chickened out because I have liver problems. Btw I forgot how to DM here. Thank you for trying to help me.
What brand do you use? I'm using J Crow's Lugol's Iodine 5 mg. I've been using that until recently I came across an article that I think is full of BS, but it got me wondering. A lot of people are saying J. Crow's Iodine is low quality and there are better quality Iodine out there. And apparently there are like 5 different kind of Iodine, one which is good for the brain, one's good for the stomach and one is good for overall.
I've always thought (and based on my reading) that Iodine is simply the same overall in quality and there's the pill version, Iodoral and it's perfect for people who like it in pill form and can't tolerate the taste of nascent Iodine.
The issue with the J Crow's solution is Potassium Iodide.
I did take J Crow's Lugol's Solution at one time, but I switched over to The Healthy Life 4 Me Nascent Iodine. It is supposed to be maximum strength, and the ionic form is supposed to be more bioavailable to the human body.
I had read somewhere that Lugol's used to be stronger, but the government made them reduce the percentage of iodine. I don't know that that reduction is still in effect since you can now get it at 5%. When I was taking it I had only found the 2% solution.

Now I got to add one more thing!
And chlorine dioxide, borax.
The stuff I use on my laundry detergent?

Don’t forget you met methaline blue (sp?)

You only need the thyroid meds for life if you’ve had your thyroid removed.

I don’t, sorry

Good for her and good for you for telling her about it. Thanks.
A real doctor!
Thank you for sharing fren!

Avoid the milk if you can... it's the absolute worst thing if you have any kind of infection...it creates a TON of congestion/phlegm in the lungs...
What is the origin of your breathing problems? Is it asthma? DM me if so, I might have a suggestion for you.
