Even now after seeing this video, I agree with John of Active Self Protection - a jury is going to have a very hard time agreeing with the officers on this one. He never drew the gun, was shot in the back, and hit in the face with an OC can before getting shot. Bad shoot all around. Is what it is. He'd still be alive had he stayed home, but he probably ahould not have been shot given the totality of circumstances.

There is a video around showing the pavement dust from the bullet. It’s directly being his hand, as he was face down and agent gathering on top of him. Just because he’s down, gun in hand doesn’t make him non lethal. Try prying a handgun from a man who doesn’t want to be arrested. And he chose violence that day. Intentions were there. If they woulda let him up he woulda killed people. That dude made his decision, and died because of it.

The longer video is about an hour long. Filming starts X amt of time after the agents are already at this location. At first theres only a few protesters and bystanders. As time elapsed, more and more show up gradually.
Why the heck are those two vehicles not on the move? There seemed to be plenty of time they were loaded up ready to roll out and they just sat there in the intersection like they were waiting on orders or something....

He committed a felony WITH A GUN which is a 2nd felony. They could have arrested him for 2 felonies, both of which are indisputable to a judge. He'd have been in jail for a much longer sentence than simply kicking the light out, BECAUSE he had a loaded handgun.
