I've only experienced racism once, and it was forgivable because it was a Navy town called Sasebo. There I saw Navy servicemen act like retarded chimps. The same genetic patterns appear anywhere on Earth those conditions exist regardless of race.
Africa is genetically the most diverse human population on the planet; widespread inbreeding is less likely there overall.
