Funny enough, I always loved Burning Bright on his shows, while he drove me nuts in his writing (when he’s a professional writer) by using exponentially more words than I do - and I’m a bit wordy.
Burning Bright is a good guy who's very smart and produces some good analyses. HOWEVER, he does need to realize that writing internet articles (and books) for the general public is very different than writing scholarly works, and that his excessively-wordy, "highfalutin" language is alienating his audience (including those who have "read for a living" and those who spent years regularly - and adeptly - wading through such writing) and, instead, write for the "average reader" (who has very little time to read and even less time to attempt to digest long, complex material and who, it has been estimated, reads at a 5th grade level).
I watch Badlands shows and love them, and yes BB is verbose. He repeats himself using different words, when I got it the first time. I really love Alpha & Josh.
SD says HUMA refers to Huma Abedin. It doesn't. She is referenced as Huma...
HUMA is the Harvard University Muslim Alliance.
See today's post about Obama layering up for a criminal trial. Frens will not be surprised when it ends in a Military Tribunal for Treason and Sedition!
I've seen more and more of this as this drags out. People say wildly speculative shit like it's gospel and twist x posts into pretzels to make them fit q drops.
"If you look at the time stamp and add 3 then it lines up with this q drop!"
Ok... but why the three though? I can make anything line up with anything if I start adding and subtracting whatever is convenient with no consistency.
He's saying if your country has gold, they will wage war and come for you children's blood. It's a two for one thing. Take the gold. Traffic the children.
Wait... interesting post, but let's have more discussion than just "great post." OK, JFK warned of secret societies. This Sleepydude misunderstood this to think that there is such a thing as a "JFK Society." First I've heard of that.
Second, it was my understanding that Ambassador Chris Stevens was the one involved with selling arms to ISIS. Hillary and Obama made sure he was dead before there was any action. Dead people don't talk. Sleepydude assumes that Stevens was a hero somehow? The others were indeed heroes, like Tyrone Woods. I just watched 13 Hours a few weeks ago again. It's unfortunate for Sean Smith because he wasn't there for most of the Benghazi attack, only to get killed at the very last barrage when rescuing people.
I'll post more as I read along. I think this guy makes some leaps of assumptions.
"Summary" is bit of a stretch for his 50,000 word meandering epics. It's the reason I quit reading Burning Bright, I don't have all day.
Likewise. I started getting Grok to summarize BB's epics but decided that it wasn't worth the effort.

Dude has some good insights though.
Ditto.

Perhaps this would help: "The Day You Became A Better Writer" by Scott Adams - https://sorfis.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Writing-Tips-Scott-Adams-DFW-Sowin-compilation-Zweig.pdf

Tl;dr God Wins. MOASS is tomorrow
hope so

Yes.
Glad this is stickied....
It's REALLY GOOD!
A long read, but if you read this and nothing else for the next week, you'd be more informed than 99.9999% of humanity...
You can save time just reading his text... not every single drop inline.

Why was this one stickies instead ot the first time it was posted and got a butt-ton of comments?

I wish he didn't use AI so much to write his posts.
It's all people do now
A very worthwhile read.
I saw that the absent congress for my entire life suddenly wants to vote on trumps war powers.
If they vote against Trump.... would be an interesting time to play the Trump card....
82 drops with “Iran.”
Lots here.
Thanks for the post,
it's long but very good if you have an hour
Is it just me or, do the drops seem "old" at this point?
Some of them have aged, some of them seem more relevant today then they did back then.
There’s gold found in blood?
