JUST BECAUSE THIS WAS DONE IN ONE STATE DOES NOT mean it can't be done in other states due to "CASE LAW"!!!!
The "ragheads" are going to start feeling the heat AND if the neighbors in ANY NEIGHBORHOOD get harassed by something like this --- THS SHISTA IS GOING TO FLY!!!!!
Context needed. Strong suspicion husband is an asshole with long history of provoking neighbours he doesn't like. Cops never interested in minor disputes but they straight hauled him off to jail. Hmm...
There's always a key missing piece to stories like this...
When you find it, you're like, Ah okay... I get it now.
Confirmation bias says what?
AI Twat:
There are currently no public police reports or news articles that match the specific details of a man being arrested in Nebraska recently for singing "God Bless the USA" on his front porch due to a complaint from Muslim neighbors.
While searches for recent arrests in Nebraska cover a variety of incidents, none involve this specific patriotic song or the circumstances you described.
What I don't understand is he was arrested and charges dropped. So was he illegally arrested? Can he sue the police/city even if it's harassment, a police profile, legal expenses, violation of 1st amendment etc?
If any of this was real, and if he was arrested then a prosecutor or DA would have to be the one to drop the charges - not the police (they can't). The police make the arrest, do the investigations and reports, and pass everything to the DA's office. Once that happens it is a prosecutor or a DA that makes the decision to charge and go forward, or to drop the charges (or to not go forward with a case).
Presuming the story is true (but as it is non-verifiable, tbh I don't really believe it is given its in the usa. UK & rule Britannia or god save the king? Sure that would be par for the course here):
No charges were filed by the prosecutor according to the post, so it's not like someone actually went to prison. The bail money can even be reclaimed.
Why aren't they countersuing for harassment? To my knowledge this is basically SWATing in low grade form.
Perfect. It sounds like precedent has been set against the call to prayer.
Oh. Now. You are good!
Hopium on a stick.

Sue them for infringement of free speech.
Many on X are saying that.
Fuck them muzzies. I'd be blasting scripture from mine
Someone needs to educate these people about first amendment.
Indeed, or cut their speaker wires when they blast their call to prayer
It's actually up to the police to educate these people
MAKE SURE IT IS OVER A LOUDSPEAKER facing their house!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Probably drunk on his porch singing at the top of his lungs at 2am. Waaah. The cops were mean to me!!!
With this muslim invasion, we need a lot more like him!
Maybe, it's a possibility.
If you were able to read the entire post it appears charges have not been filed and the case has been dropped.
I did but still, why are the cops acting like bunch of ass.
I like the greater visibility that cases like this provide.
Yes, it's good.
Enjoy your massive settlement after you file suit against them for MASSIVE constitutional violations.
I hope they do. It's not me. I am not in NE

This is the comment I was looking for so I didn't have to make it.
This did not happen. I can guarantee it. But only as a "trust me bro"

If true, he absolutely can, and should, file a lawsuit against the officers and the department.

Most are not like that.
