I also noticed that guys like Kash and Dana, as well as others, were quite stoic throughout the scene, while all of the media hid like babies under their tables. Part of the effect was to make the media look weak, which they are.

With the amount of armed soldiers (national guard, maybe psyop warfare officers, in addition to the cops, secret service, and the rest of the security detail), there is no way there would be a clear runway for anyone, let alone a shooter, to sprint through the halls of the hotel, right into the ballroom, without anyone physically being in the way from stopping them, unless it was planned and coordinated.
Planned? No, I dont think so. Not by WHs anyway. The MK masters maybe. Doubt we have a lone wolf situation. Too much weirdness surrounding this guys bio. Others knew and aided by word or deed.
