Correct, it is closely resembles the Blackbeard flag. The Blackbeard flag is commonly used in Naval Spec Warfare Command (Seals).

However, both are the Forward Observations Group flags. One being the Blackbeard with the addition of a MP7, F replacing heart, and the horns. The other being a canoe and a knife imbedding into a skull.

They have a YouTube channel under same name (Forward Observations). They are described as a private security company mostly comprised of former operators. Could be larpers or legit fighters.
