I commented about this I another thread. Delivery drivers for UPS and other businesses are contacting drivers under 1099 IRS status. Hardly any driver can read in English and most now don't even speak any English at all. Most now present a State ID card that looks the same as a drivers license but it will indicate subtly that it is only a State ID card. ICE should look into the potential of illegals using this as another way to "stay low" and collect income.

They should also investigate "Roadie" drivers (UPS owned delivery service) along with other business delivery services operating across the county. Drivers do not speak English and most only have State ID that resemble a drivers license. They are not employees but are using 1099 to receiving payments.
