There was a bigger group of military up the road south of downtown on a day leading into the RNC. it was on Canal St., just west of 6th st. between the Harley Museum and Poto Casino.

So, if this woman is legit, just because there is military doesn't mean a thing. They are likely there protecting something.
The ones in Milwaukee were likely national guard, didn't get a good look as I was driving by. But they were in full uniform, and fully armed. a couple heavy vehicles, a few regular. and about a dozen or so soldiers.
