In the modern United States, quo warranto usually arises in a civil case as a plaintiff's claim (and thus a "cause of action" instead of a writ) that some governmental or corporate official was not validly elected to that office or is wrongfully exercising powers beyond (or ultra vires) those authorized by statute or by the corporation's charter.
In New York State, the former writ of quo warranto has been codified. Per Executive Law § 63-b, only the Attorney General, at his or her discretion, "may maintain an action, upon his own information or upon the complaint of a private person, against a person who usurps, intrudes into, or unlawfully holds or exercises within the state a franchise or a public office, civil or military, or an office in a domestic corporation."[20]

I noticed in the torrents a version where someone snuck a camera into the theater. I downloaded it and maybe I can get a screenshot of this scene. I haven't seen the film.
Near the end, there were children and a man on an airplane, then a clip of the agent taking an oath at a congressional hearing, then words on the screen giving statistics about trafficking, then it ends, without credits. The dude with the camera probably didn't want to be caught when everyone was leaving during the credits.
If you can give any more guidance, I will have another look and try to find this scene.
What Does “Verklempt” Mean?
Verklempt (pronounced “fur-klempt”) means overcome with emotion, perhaps even choked or clenched by emotions.

I don't see any discussion here about asking Mexico for permission to use the US military to "help" them. Without the permission, it is an act of war, and other countries could come to Mexico's aid. Mexico did just ask to join BRICS.
I would make a jobs program to hire the retired and retired military to drive buses of wetbacks back to the border. We have a great federal highway system that can easily deport the ones they catch. Something is wrong if court dates are given 10 years out. Fix the laws, regulations, policies, liberal judges.
