Every time I see stuff like this, I think to myself that it can't possibly be accurate. Since when does the military broadcast their equipment capabilities, troop size and location? Therein lies the key, imo...it's either done already just as they're laying it out, or the information is designed to both impress (the American citizen/Patriot) and terrify (the old guard).
In any case, there's more to the story than everyone's being told. I reckon they already did what needed doing both efficiently and in short order, but the optics needed a more gentle path to get people not only used to the idea, but on board with it.
