Ken Griffin has already made his many billions using PFOF. He's got his, so now he's trying to virtue-signal. What we should really be worried about is that he's probably hatched another crooked scheme to siphon billions out of small investors' trading accounts. It's what you don't see from Griffin that costs you money.
