The two arguments that come to mind:

The tests are being used to invoke fear in people and to live your life as a Christian you don't want to support fear. You aren't to fear the deadly pestilence and shouldn't make others fear it either.

You're body is a holy temple and render unto caesar what is caesars and what is god what is gods means that you don't give up your body (i.e. saliva/nasal swab) for ungodly reasons.

And really the law is so unbelievably broad you can argue most anything other than science/politics/medical. If you believe the lizard people on mars had a conference that said god wouldn't want anyone to take covid tests, that could technically qualify - although expect resistance on that.

File for an exemption to testing too. Most people don't realize you can file a religious accommodation request against testing arguing something like "I'll take my temperature and answer pre-screening questions like you've done for the last year". Even the OSHA mandate requires employers to allow for religious/medical exemptions against testing.

On the negative side it's basically arguing the federal money can be used to force compliance (it shouldn't but thats what they are setting a precedence for).

On the positive side it's forcing them to allow for religious exemptions, which when the military allows for zero exemptions is clearly not abiding by the law.

It was 5-4. Kavanaugh and Roberts and the three other clowns voted in support of allowing healthcare mandate.

Gorsuch, Alito, Thomas, and ACB voted against.

Infection particles are normally at head level standing. When you sit down they fly over your head. Trust the science. Shesh.

No, corrupt judges reversed the stay right before the holiday break. Then it went to the supreme court which is still pending.

It technically went into effect on Monday but isn't actually going to be enforced for like a month or so.

Why do they describe SARS-CoV-2 as an American-created recombinant bat VACCINE, or its precursor virus.

"...suppression executed by the Government and the Trusted News Initiative" (timestamp 3:12)

What the heck is the Trusted News Initiative? Is that the new project mockingbird?

That is the whole point.

"You are required to get vaccinated or tested to come into work... oh, there are no tests available? Guess you can't work and we're going to need to lay you off or go get vaccinated."

COVID is causing the restaurant to be empty! Not their policies!

"well my immunocompromised wife"... maybe she shouldn't have gotten the vaccine!

Except its NOT about being pro-vax/anti-vax. It's the fact that he isn't heavily going against the vax passports/social credit score and mandates. He occasionally puts in a very soft "there shouldn't be mandates.... but the vaccine is really good and you should take it".

He should shut up about whether its good or bad and focus on the important thing... freedom. His base on both the pro and anti vax side support freedom of individual choice. The mandates and passports should be a MAJOR thing that he is basically completely avoiding talking about and it will lose him a shit ton of support.

It's normal for six year olds to have heart attacks too! Especially when that winter weather comes, damn global warming.

I'm a scientist but no one believes me... I'm too focused on this silly thing called data. I should have become a interpretative dance major then everyone would believe me.

Just yet more shutdown of vaccine mandates... even if the fine RINO Abbott imposed is a joke.

Going to be a shortage of healthy hearts available for transplant.

Exactly. I'm seeing my company getting trashed already from people leaving in droves even before the mandate has hit.
