They seriously need to vindicate her because otherwise its not making her look that good.

I'm wondering if they didn't do this to soften RFK's image - even people on our side are terrified of him although I love it

It should've ceased to exist after the fall of the Soviet Union

How does this work if the Dems happen to have the majority in the Senate? Does this mean that even if we were to lose the Senate after midterms (and I'm not saying we will) that the VP would still control the Senate?

That race wasn't called yet and from what I hear they're withholding 1 million votes, and every drop comes in more R than D

I'm confused, it sounds like he's campaigning for Trump. I'm already voting for him dude, you don't have to keep convincing me

They've been prepared for this since 2020. The sudden narrative shift to fascist\nazi rhetoric is to put out the dog whistle, and activate the Anti-Fa "anti-fascist" army to start gearing up.

This was a loaded question - at the time we were assuming he would take office in 2021. Q could have meant there was a plan for 2021-2025, or 2029+. There's no way to know

We owe Jussie Smollett an apology. Maybe Chicago really IS Maga Country

I'm thinking it will be a mirror. Strong decisive win 45-50 states and across most demographics. Popular vote. All the things they accused us of, you will see. You will see a real insurrection. Possibly martial law. They will take it to the courts, and the streets. The same way we were shut down in the courts, they will be also and that will start the street fights. The courts needed to stay out of it for us so that they could plausibly stay out of it for them also. I'm expecting top democrats and the media to openly call for violence and street fights. I expect Kamala to attempt to do what Pence was being called on to do. She will try to not certify on Jan 6 (this is why she had to be the nominee). Even though they removed the VP role on the count by law, it is purely ceremonial now

I'm happy she's joining the team, but she has a lot to prove before she gets anywhere near power. There seems to be a collective amnesia on our side about her 2018 congressional and 2020 presidential campaign platforms. She was full blown Bernie Sanders leftist and made a total turn-around in 4 years? Totally possible, but a lot to prove as far as I'm concerned

This sounds dumb. Not only would it help a Democrat win, but go look at her voting record in the House of Reps. Go look at her 2018 Congressional candidate platform and 2020 presidential candidate platform. I'm not saying people can't change their minds, but considering what was on her 2020 platform, she has a hell of a lot to prove before I'd trust her with any power. She's saying all the right things now but her voting record and campaign platforms say otherwise.

Here are some of the things from her 2020 platform:

Abolish the death penalty

End cash bail

"the fight for $15" minimum wage

Study reparations

Expand student debt relief

Close down nuclear power plants

Ban "assault weapons"

Universal background checks

Few limits, if any, on abortion

Medicare for All

Citizenship for Dreamers\DACA

Consider holding social media companies legally liable for user posts (which would be censorship)

No offense fren but I'll believe it when I see it - I remember when the ship crashed into the bridge and it was supposed to cause total chaos at the ports for a year, and literally nothing happened. Not even a blip in the supply chain. Houthis shooting at ships and blowing them up in the Middle East and oil has done nothing. If there's one thing I've learned, nothing matters until it matters.

As long as it's still illegal federally, you run into the 2A gun issue (Hunter problem of lying on a federal form). Any time you buy a gun you fill out a federal form 4473 from the ATF and if you answer "no" to the marijuana question, you can be charged. You can't own a firearm legally if you smoke pot.

He said "states rights to pass marijuana laws" - that does not work. It would still be illegal federally and you wouldn't be able to own a gun

The only way I see that happening is if Biden wants to screw Kamala and Obama for forcing him out. There’s no upside for her. She’s been pretending that she’s a new candidate and not the incumbent. That’s hard to do if you’re the President. She immediately becomes responsible for the everything. And 2- you lose the people that wanted to vote in the “first woman president”

How the hell was this legal and\or constitutional and why didn't we just get the same type of judgement against them?

1
Corse46 1 point ago +1 / -0

This doesn't sound like part of her plan, it sounds like the opposite. They've been flying these people into ports of entry and avoiding the bad optics at the border. If they are now going to get bus rides to the border, that seems like the last thing Kamala would want this close to the election.

I would rather someone more effective. RFK's campaign manager is CIA. Look it up. I question his sincerity. I'd rather him do something he knows about like dismantle\reform the CDC\NIH\FDA
