For sure people engaging in an information war should not be surprised that impactful people would have "kinetic" responses from angry/desperate actors. People get punched for saying dumb things in bars all the time, and the stakes are higher here.

Also, deepfakes don't need 3d scanning, but you can create a "digital actor" (videogame character) which you can use to get all kinds of perspectives from to help generate the deepfake that can be applied on video. Very different technologies, but visual-adjacent.

Brainwashed smart people are the hardest to change, because they're so locked in. That's why kids are their target. Get them young. It's scriptural. Contrast that to low-iq people who will believe anything, and the opposite the next day. Whatever the next thing is, they're for it.
