There are certainly things that the cabal keeps secret from us. Like salt, saturated fat, sunlight and sugar(honey) being good for us.

But the other more spiritual things they do are often Satanic replacements for things God meant for us to do.

For example:

• Meditation to lower stress is a poor man's replacement for prayer and enjoying relaxing activities, which are things God created for us to enjoy with grateful hearts.
• Intentionality and manifestation are trash tier substitutes for bringing our requests before God. Everyone who has believed in Jesus Christ has confident access to the throne of God (Ephesians 3:12).

To point #1: I believe the Ashkenazis actually murdered a lot of the Palestinians who were there. Some other Jews, who didn't approve of it, made a documentary about those crimes around 2010, I believe, but other Jews for the documentary to be purged after several years. In my opinion, putting too much pressure on women to avoid getting fat can create a lot of problems.

In the Minnesota Starvation Experiment where men ate 1500-1800 calories a day for 6 months, the men's health went to shit and then they re-fed, they stayed fat for about a year before their bodies realized every thing was okay and returned to their baseline weight.

I think a lot of women do constant calorie cutting to avoid getting fat, but in the long run it works against them because the body adapts by lowering metabolism.

I think that the "eat less and move more" idea, is a cabal creation to weaken people. High stress and lower calorie intake causes the body to lower it's metabolism and store fat.

MMOs are bad because they discourage moderation, but nowadays, most men aren't in good enough health to solve their problems just by going to the gym.

The stuff in the picture is good because being outside in the day lights helps a lot of the problems. So does natural work where the ratio of concentric to eccentric movements heavily favors concentric.

But I think a huge problem is constant low grade stress. It keeps men and women weak.
