In Arizona 80% of the votes are mail-in. The sandbagging wasn't done by the counties or precincts, it was because individual voters (anons) waited until the last day to deliver their ballots after most of the cheating had already been accomplished. It left little time for the precincts to pad the votes much more. I am not a proponent of mail-in voting but as a tactic, it was a brilliant move.

Yes it is called a "urban heat island." Everyone knows that cities, building & people (hotter) are replacing more and more grass and farm land (cooler). I see it in my local area, a dramatic buildup of urban areas. That translates to warmer and warmer areas that were relatively cool in the past.

They are afforded all of the same protections under the Constitution that you are. The same document that protects them also holds them accountable.
