If you wanna smoke, smoke. Don’t be hard on yourself about it. Take a lot of vitamin C…maybe roll your own, smoke a pipe, or occasional cigar. Avoid the chemical laced packs of cigs. Oh but that’s your brand and you HAVE to smoke that one brand no matter what? Smokers are stubborn! A few of my favorite friends to spend time with are smokers and I love them !!

Yes this does make sense. So the virus itself is probably to blame. Sort of like the vax side effects but definitely not as severe. It’s sad. I remember in early June, Greg Phillips saying around July 10 he was going to release some information that would be a major earth shattering bombshell. I don’t remember his exact words but he made it seem it was going to be HUUUGE! July 10 came and gone…not a damn thing was released. I didn’t watch the PIT. I just waited to see what ya’ll had to say about it and it seems like another disappointment. He is way too much hype and barely any actual substance as far as I can tell.
