Excellent theory, sounds spot on to me. There is a also a spiritual aspect to consider, these people think that causing harm to people furthers satan's goals and gives them gifts. The more harm they cause the better, if they can't mark of the beast everybody, they know they lose. To win, they pretty much have to render us not capable of, or not worth, being saved.
First thing I do after getting a new phone, or software update, is go through and uninstall/disable all apps that I don't know or recognize. Better performance and less spying, it's a win-win.

Whether this is the three gorges or not, the dam in this video has water cresting the top even with the spill ways fully open. Dams have a safe water level limit that is usually a percentage of the total height of the structure down from the top. if water starts pouring over the top, it can lead to a major structure damage to the dam and can cause it's collapse.
As a side note, it also means the spill ways cannot handle the amount of water flowing into the area behind the dam. If you can't clear the water coming into the dam, and the current water is starting to crest the top of it, you're in a death spiral leading to failure. It's like a plane that lost all it's engines, it can coast for a while but eventually it'll be flying into the ground.
I love it, you know it's happening because the white hats are fine tooth combing every ship. Hopefully soon that port will be fully of ships waiting to leave to take our quality products to countries that want it.

The Port of LA has been like that for months now. I know some people that work at the docks and they have been told (and think it is) because of covid. They are working overtime and everything and yet they think nothing of why it's really like that.

I'll put it this way, the enemy is so defeated, the white hats had/have time to make a movie of their defeat to guarantee the best outcome with the population on the whole. That isn't something you do when you're flying by the seat of your pants.

Think about it like this, if you knew you were going to win a battle, would you tell your men, "men, don't worry about it, these guys are amateurs" or would you tell them "this is it men, we finish this battle NOW, let's FIGHT!"
We can never let up on these people and get complacent thinking someone else will do it, that's how we got here in the first place. Get prepared, help others, fight locally, etc is what he's saying.

Really this whole thing comes down to one thing. In a binary battle between two sides, there is ONE truth and that truth favors ONE side. If the truth favors the "white hats" than Q is a benevolent operation, if it favors the black hats its malevolent.
Now you have to ask yourself, all the cards on the table, all the hidden knowledge brought into the light, which side benefits most? The white hats. That means Q has to be a benevolent operation, plain and simple.
