I think it's both. I think covid is real, did come from a lab (Trump said this, when has he been proven incorrect?), and is also being used as a psych weapon. I had "covid" back before it was a thing and I can tell you that nothing has ever affected me the way covid did.
It wasn't that bad but it was certainly different than the flu (picked up the swine flu early too, THAT was the most sick I've ever been) but it certainly attacked specific body parts. Common colds usually hit my lungs pretty hard with mucous but this was crazy, had to use an inhaler and go to town hacking up phlegm in the morning for 4-5 days. Body aches coupled with a very mild, almost not noticeable fever and weird pains that came and went for 2-3 weeks after the initial infection was over. Also, I had complete loss of smell and taste (before those were official symptoms) which I have never had happen before.
Granted this is my personal anecdote but when you pair that with the supposed sequencing of the virus by that university in India, I believe that covid is a real thing, it's just weak and lame. I believe the reason the excess death numbers didn't change much was due to the way the virus affected different target groups.
The normal flu affects children, covid doesn't really, but the normal flu isn't as deadly to older people. Covid on the other hand kicks the shit out of the old, infirm, weak, and obese people along with people who are immune-compromised. It drops oxygen levels to dangerous levels (sounds like masks) along with attacking the heart, lungs, balls, and anything else that relies heavily on blood pressure regulation. It's because of that offset in affecting target groups that had a net effect of a normal flu year, more old people died but no children really did.
I'm not saying this theory isn't right, it's certainly possible this is "the usual flu" but I believe covid is it's own unique, but weak, like devil.

If the military is the only way, Durham's report will likely be released and no one will enforce the indictments or it's release will be blocked and the military will have to step in that way.
The problem with Durham is I don't see the federal judicial system being able to prosecute these people. It would turn into a political parade and most of them would likely get the Clinesmith treatment. So it's likely the report/indictments will be messed with in some way leading the military tribunals to handle it.
If he is the real president, and the "occupying power" tries arresting him they will create a real military level problem for themselves.

The biggest problem with the CDC is it's not like it started with a good purpose and became corrupt, it was bad from the beginning.
Something like California Highway Patrol originally cruised the highways looking for and helping stranded motorists. Now they haul ass passed broken down cars to pull over speeders.
The CDC on the other hand, started as way to control fear through narratives and use the fact it's US based as a way to infiltrate the rest of the world too. Just another corrupt agency designed to manipulate and control.

Major port throttling, the area around the Port of Los Angeles looks like a float storage for container ships. I have heard "covid" is being used as a reason the loading/unloading is so slow but I believe that's a cover for intensive security scanning. That is causing major issues for imported goods and components (think "made in the USA with international parts")
There was a huge spending boom between the country opening up and all the stimulus money which is causing it's own issues. Then, if shut downs occur, all that production ramp up will leave companies flat on their faces once things shut down again.
For food, you have farmers being incentivized not to grow crops AND in CA you have the water management assholes letting out all of our stored water to create an artificial water shortage which primarily affects farmers.
Then, for reasons I'm unsure of, there are shipping issues in some sectors as well. It seems like a mix of the industry being over-burdened coupled with labor shortages at warehousing locations, speculation though. Nonetheless, the effect is real.
So it's 10/10 because it's happening already sector by sector, but the ultimate goal (of the black hats) is to cause food shortages and lead to massive panic and unrest. The night gets darkest before the dawn and I don't think we're there yet.
