It’s gonna take the local level to rise up. Each school district will compete for State Funds.

Thank you Fren for the referral.
Well lookie here:
According to the available information, the World Health Organization's (WHO) programme budget for the 2024-2025 biennium is $6.834 billion. This budget was approved by member states in May 2023.
Regarding the largest contributor to the WHO's budget, the United States is by far the largest financial contributor. Here are some specifics:
For the 2022-2023 biennium, the U.S. donated approximately $1.28 billion to WHO's budget, which included: $218 million in assessed contributions, $1.02 billion in voluntary contributions, $47 million in contributions to a contingency fund for emergencies.
This makes the U.S. contribution account for about 12% of the approved budget for that period, with an actual share of funding around 15% when considering the budget shortfall.
Wow! Great article AfterGlow thank you for sharing. You (Tore) just nuked my 25 year Foundation Career. I’m being a bit melodramatic, but my perceived reality just got its puppet strings cut.

Respectfully, we asked you to join us as the 14th colony almost 250 years ago. You decided no, you will side with the British Empire. Since 1958 you have been protected under NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command). Currently, we are upgrading NORAD and somebody seems to not be paying their fair share 🍁. So please spare me that you have been by our side…beside when it is convenient to your government and the UK. Here is some additional information on the current upgrades occurring at NORAD provided by Grok 2.0
The modernization of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) has been a significant focus in recent years, driven by evolving threats, especially from advanced missile technologies like hypersonic weapons and long-range cruise missiles. Here's an overview of the key aspects of NORAD's modernization efforts:
Goals and Objectives: Enhanced Surveillance: Upgrade and expand the detection capabilities of the North Warning System (NWS) to better monitor threats from the North, including over-the-horizon radar capabilities for earlier detection of threats. Command, Control, and Communication (C3) Improvements: Modernize the C3 systems to ensure seamless communication and data integration across various platforms, enhancing decision-making speed and accuracy. Aerospace Threat Deterrence and Defeat: Invest in advanced air and missile defense technologies to deter and, if necessary, defeat new threats, including the acquisition of new weapons systems for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and U.S. forces. Arctic Operations: Strengthening capabilities in the Arctic, given its strategic importance and the increasing accessibility due to climate change. Research and Development: Continuous investment in R&D to stay ahead of emerging threats, including advancements in satellite communications and cybersecurity.
Key Projects and Initiatives: Over-the-Horizon Radar: Exploring new radar systems that can detect threats at much greater distances, including in the Arctic. Enhanced Satellite Communication Project – Polar (ESCP-P): Aimed at providing dedicated, secure, and reliable communications for the Canadian North. Project Pathfinder: Using AI to enhance the analysis of data from existing systems like the NWS. Tactical Narrowband Satellite Communication (SATCOM) – Geosynchronous Project: To provide narrowband ultra-high frequency (UHF) SATCOM coverage for almost the entire Earth's surface, excluding the polar regions.
Funding and Timeline: Canada has committed to investing $38.6 billion over 20 years for NORAD modernization, with specific allocations for various projects. The U.S. also significantly contributes to these efforts, given the binational nature of NORAD. Initial phases of these projects, like the upgrade of the Combined Air Operations Centre (CAOC), are set to be completed by 2025, with other projects extending into the late 2020s and beyond.
Challenges and Criticisms: The pace of spending has been criticized as too slow, especially given the urgency of new threats like hypersonic missiles. There have been calls for more transparency and urgency in how funds are being utilized to ensure that modernization keeps pace with technological advancements and potential adversaries' capabilities.
Public Statements and Political Context: Both Canadian and U.S. defense officials have publicly reaffirmed their commitment to NORAD modernization, with joint statements highlighting the importance in the context of global security changes, including Russian and Chinese military developments.
This modernization effort is seen as crucial for maintaining North America's defense posture in an increasingly complex threat environment. For more detailed information or updates, please refer to official government releases or reliable news sources.

Ok, so they can buy from Blue States then?
It’s like he’s a reincarnation of Will Rogers (RIP)
States Rights…I think him winning the popular vote even some Blue States are going to expect excellence. Think about our soon to be 51 State…within 1 day two of the largest food companies in Canada announced moving their factories to the US…because, wait for it…70% of their business was in the US. Now I think about that in a micro sense of each company in the United States Would rather move to a red state with better tax benefits, and great schools. It will change how the States change from within in my opinion.
