I use a part D plan that has a zero cost. I took 2 years and got myself in shape and lost 55+ lbs and got off my 3 Big Pharma drugs. Stop using there system and educate yourself and get healthy. They dont cure a dam thing only patch the symptoms so your a life long customer.

I didnt buy it to make money with it although that would be fine some day so for me its a long term hold. I did buy it as a way to pay for things if these useless Politicians ever crater the dollar to a worthless value. It wasnt too long ago people in Germany were burning paper money to stay warm.

I am down 60# the last 2.5 years. Cleaned up my diet and got motivated and have a great cardio workout now with playing pickleball. No more High blood pressure pills. No more low blood pressure pills. No more Chlorestrol pills. Completely off any drugs! Blood pressure in under 120/80 with a pulse in the 60 range. Feel great in my upper 60's and I am at a weight lower than when I came out of high school. IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT!

I am all for Capitalism but as I aged my viewpoints on that have changed. After seeing how people like Gates, Musk and Zuckerberg can push there ideas around makes me think there comes a point where someone or some company has too much money and power. There should be an upper limit of individual wealth and a upper limit of Corporate wealth before it gets put back into a pool to help the less fortunate. This would bring everyone's quality of life up a few notches. up a few notches in life quality.
I would like to think that this matters and I fully endorse Americans only but we have seen when they install another Dbag liberal in these blue shit holes and next one is worse than the one we got rid of and most are born here. Just goes to show how evil and corrupted this whole system has become.

Fasting got me over the hump. Me and the wife have done the master cleanse 3 times now (2-3 day fasts) and daily fast with a 16/8. I eat between 10-6 and nothing the other 16 hours. That got me down the last 20# and was able to get completely off my 1/8 dose of Metatoprol. I like you would go off the low dose and my blood pressure would go back up to 135/85 with a pulse of 70. After losing more weight with the Master Cleanse and doing daily fasting I was able to get rid of the last drug for good last August and I am steady at 120/70 with a 55 pulse. I also think they get you hooked where its very hard to get off Big Pharma drugs.
