Understand completely. When all else fails (including those lawyers), revert to 18 USC 242. If you haven't read it, it's a powerful piece. Teach those lawyers something 😉

A few things:

  1. the CDC can't mandate, as it has no real power to do so. The CDC is a PRIVATE organization that is funded by the Government to push paid pseudo-health to enact an objective. It is a "suggested course of action body" to the Government only, nothing more.

  2. Mandates cannot be given to a private citizen that has not been convicted, by a judge, of a felony offense, as a general rule. Mandates from a judge will pertain to the felony only.

  3. A Mandate CAN be given to a State or Government employee, but must come from an authority given power to do so; e.g. A city mayor giving mandate to city government workers. It does NOT extend to private citizens of said city and cannot, legally, be enforced to do so. Same applies to Governor of a state to state government employees, but not the citizens thereof.

  4. Finally, NO ONE can mandate, no matter the source, a person to inject themselves with a known poison/biohazard under any form of threat, coercion, or action, under penalty of Law under 18 USC 242.

The sources for the above can be found in Law Dictionaries and Government regulation/Rules/Law.

These MFers get thier perceived power out of the ignorance of the governed. Just say no.

..I forget who it was on this board (there were a few of ya) who were up Vivek's ass and I kept warnin' to back out before your nose gets broke?

Welp, here's your I told you so.

All the signs were there in bright Neon colors, but were ignored. I mean the dude ripped an Obama speech for fuck sake...how could that have been ignored? Pay Attention.

Dude's been a grifter from day one. He really outed himself, not on Trump, but DURING Trump presidency when the whole "Red-Flag" Law was being promoted. He was previously pro-second Amendment, then quite suddenly promoted the Red-Flag Law and people were like, "What the actual fuck, dude!?" Then his desperate attempt to get back on top of things as he tried defending the indefensible was ultimate cringe. His cover was blown from that point on, not as MAGA, but as a shill for the Deepstate.

I was there, watched and participated in the whole thing on Twatter. Man, what a load of shit that was....lol.

I dont know if this qualifies, but after being in every fcking War/conflict since 1988 to 2012 and making it out of all of them with just two stab wounds to show for it?

No man scares me. It's often quite the opposite.

May God bless and watch over those brave Men not so lucky as I.

With one HUGE difference: Local Police and State are hired and ultimately paid by Federal Funds via the State; i.e. play ball/our rules or your budgets get cut. Sheriffs are elected and paid by We the People; i.e. Do your Constitutional Job or you wont have one.

Tail wagging the dog. The entire establishment controlled by the WEF, who in turn are being controlled by the triad of money, power, and religion; a.k.a Washington, London, And Vatican.

That's beyond sad. My 2 grand daughters, age 9 and 10, know the Bill of Rights and could've answered the questions immediately. Maybe not purposity though...

Except those moments it's not on focus/ in picture. No, it's not stuck on the housing.

"Birds of a feather, flock together", was stated long ago and for good reason.

Also, stereotypes exist for a reason: if the majority of group "A" indulges in "X" activity, then it's a simple logic problem to solve that the probabilities are positive for most you meet. Outliers exist but it's a safer bet to gaurd up, rather than trust immediately. This logic can be applied to any stereotype.

Agree. That still requires my tax money to be spent on a piece of shit that should have been executed on the spot.

Couldn't find a single point to disagree with. Sure, a few more details could be added but that's a good chunk of jerky to gnaw on.

Just be prepared for harassment by law enforcement being paid off or ideologically aligned by opposing forces. Make sure your convictions are strong before you step and have a plan for eventualities.

FOX is losing viewership big time after they fired Tucker. They need Trump more than he needs them. Ergo, I am sure they jumped at a chance to have him on.

Oh, so you were in the military too? Nice.

I remember our Chief holding us up in morning meetings that would last a couple hours. He then had the audacity to yell certain things weren't getting done. I had enough and said if he didn't keep us hemmed up in useless meetings everyday, thise things WOULD be getting done. Yeh I was yelled at but afterward every other SNCO there was laughing and thanking me for finally saying something. Meetings were cut down to once a week after that...and shit was getting done.
