Need to back up a level also:
Those who fund and direct the WEF and a thousand other organizations, politicians, and corporations that move societies in unhealthy and unethical directions as the Cabal desires. The people pulling the strings deep in the background, so wealthy that they can remain in the shadows.
Life Extension has long sold CoQ10 ubiquinol combined with shilajit. (They sell ubiquinone, the less-absorbable form of CoQ10, also, and ubiquinol by itself without shilajit). Here's what they have to say about shilajit:
Shilajit enhances CoQ10 effectiveness
Shilajit is a nutrient discovered in the Himalayas. In preclinical models, shilajit has been shown to promote mitochondrial energy production and increase adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the main source of cellular energy.15,16 The combination of CoQ10 and shilajit produced a 56% increase in cellular energy production in the brain—45% better than CoQ10 alone. Muscle tissue saw a 144% increase in ATP, more than 50% better than with CoQ10 by itself.15

Quick post. I was asked to comment on the “bombshell” video released by Project Veritas where a “senior R&D executive from Pfizer” is making claims about “directed evolution” of covid virus that Pfizer is planning to implement.
First, about this person. I don’t know who he is, some people are now trying to verify whether he works at Pfizer. Let’s assume that he does work at Pfizer for now. His title is Director of R&D Operations and Scientific Planning. Everyone should understand that this area is NOT a science area. He does not work in a lab. He pushes paper, makes powerpoints and other documents and talks to vendors. Pfizer OUTSOURCES all scientific and clinical trial work. Nobody inside Pfizer does anything related to product to avoid liability and to have contractors commit fraud on their behalf (so that the executives always have plausible deniability).
. . . Herein lies the main point. This is not just silly and scientifically incompetent babble. It is in fact very well thought through militarized propaganda narrative to drive the most important thing for the perpetrators of this global crime:
The perpetrators desperately, at all cost, need you to to believe that “mutating viruses in a lab” achieves some scary result, that then can be “leaked”. That anyone can do it, even a PhD student in their garage. That our enemies are doing it and will “release” a super scary bug any time now, unless the Government is “prepared” by making a stockpile of “predictive vaccines” that can be deployed in DAYS after a new scary virus is detected in China. Or Timbuktu. (Bold in original)
. . . PS. Doesn’t really matter if the interviewee here really works for Pfizer and really believes what he says in this video. I am pretty sure he does and does. That’s the point. As long as you hire the people of certain intellectual lightweight and a non-functioning moral compass (current university system is perfectly geared to produce this product) it is easy to set them up to repeat the lines you want with conviction.
Exactly. AI (for now, with electronic "brains" organized very differently from organic brains) "thinks" in the way a human's left hemisphere does, which is very useful but dangerously limited. Some comments on the hemispheres:
. . . the right hemisphere is more in touch with reality, and the left hemisphere more concerned with the internal consistency of whatever virtual model of the world it happens to be working with at the time. The Matter With Things, p. 104
In the absence of the left hemisphere, things come alive. Ibid, p. 160
~ The Matter With Things: Our Brains, Our Delusions, and the Unmaking of the World by Iain McGilchrist
The hemispheres have different answers to the fundamental question 'what is knowledge?' -- The Master and His Emissary, p. 135 (Chapter 4)
. . . the main point of hemisphere difference (is) division versus cohesion. IBID, p. 140
. . . context [the right hemisphere's domain] implies change and process. ibid, p. 141
The left hemisphere is not impressed by empathy: its concern is with maximising gain for itself, and its driving value is utility. ibid, p. 145
Altruism is a necessary consequence of empathy: we feel others' feeling, engage in their being. ibid, p. 146
It is mutuality, not reciprocity, fellow-feeling, not calculation, which is both the motive and the reward for successful co-operation. And the outcome, in utilitarian terms, is not the important point: it is the process, the relationship, that matters. ibid, p.147
And in case anyone should think that empathy necessarily means being soft on others, those right-sided regions include the right caudate, an area known to be involved in altruistic punishment of defection. ibid, p. 147
~ The Master and His Emissary: The Divided Brain and the Making of the Western World
It [the left hemisphere] is not reasonable. It is angry when challenged (anger is probably not an issue for AI ~ Narg), dismisses evidence it doesn't like or can't understand, and is unreasonably sure of its own rightness. It is not good at understanding the world. Its attention is narrow, its vision myopic, and it can't see how the parts fit together. It is good for only one thing - manipulating the world. Its world is a representation, a virtual world, only. It neglects the incarnate nature of human beings, reducing them to the equivalent of brains in a vat. It reduces the living to the mechanical. It prioritises the procedure, without a grasp of its meaning or purpose. And it requires certainty where none can be found. ~ The Divided Brain and the Search for Meaning, pp. 31- 32
Read the label on EVERYTHING you buy; it's a real eye-opener. Vegetable oils, including Canola (the worst), soybean, safflower, sunflower, and others are in everything. ORGANIC salad dressings and mayo at the health food store often have Canola oil as the first or second ingredient. Doesn't matter if Canola is "organic" or "cold-pressed" -- it's still very bad for you. And it, and the other bad oils, are in crackers, soups, muffins, you name it. I stopped eating things with vegetable oils (good oils include olive, walnut, coconut, and avocado -- although criminal gangs in Italy make big $ adulterating "extra virgin olive oil" with cheaper oils) a few years ago and it's made a big difference in my health.
See What The Heck Should I Eat by Mark Hyman, MD for details and more info.
Unprocessed organic food is best; minimally processed organic food (short ingredient list, and no BAD ingredients) is next; you'll be healthier if you put almost everything else back on the shelf.
Just my opinion. Well, and Dr. Hyman's, and many other's.
I don't remember a single heart attack or other cardiovascular issue among the student body in my entire K-12 career. Thank you, Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, etc.
Putting defibrillators in schools to prepare for jab-induced cardiovascular events is like keeping bandaids on hand in a platoon for war injuries: Occasionally useful but not really adequate to the problem at hand.

Jan 20 BREAKING: LA and MO request court to order #CISA disclose docs from 5 current/former national security officials after Scully’s depo revealed they are/have directly engaged in routing reports of “disinformation” from government officials to social media platforms for censorship
Deserves a sticky. A great companion piece to the excellent Died Suddenly. This one gives the how and why of the COVID "vax" bioweapon assault and much more. Most anons here will know the gist of it all but a number of details were new to me, and the overall shape of what is described is chilling.
Grace note: Katherine Watts, the researcher and speaker here, believes that the pushback we're seeing against the Cabal's plan will succeed. I don't always feel that way myself, but as we've heard: NCSWIC.
