Here's a theory.

Lin, Sidney, Kyle, MTG, and the rest of that Krazy Kooky Gang are all pure white hats playing roles. Part of their job is to make it appear that there is chaos and dissent on our side. "Appear weak when you are strong." Also, appear disorganized and non-unified when you are really in complete harmony.

Makes the lefties crazy. Makes they wee smooth-brain heads totally 'splode.

There is no such thing as a "Q-anon."

Looks like an anon, perhaps.

What trolls? Where? Can we get a link?

My sanity project: re-wilding a 5-acre strip of lush valley bottom in northwestern Oregon. Slowly (money limited) planting trees and bushes to create a resilient, climate adapted food forest. Beauty, diversity, abundance. Just being out there in nature reminds me of what (and Who) is really important in life.

Damn! Now how do we make this happen in other states?

Thanks, verity. I just tried it and it worked — except the original video was still playing at 1X in the underlying window. Bad design if you ask me.

But thanks! Good advice from you, fren.

I wanted to watch this but there does not seem to be any way to watch at a higher speed. Am I missing something? If Infowars wants my eyeballs, they need to let me watch it at my own brainspeed.

I'll take it all back if someone can tell me how to watch it at 2.0.

My God they all look like street people in need of drugs.

Lots of downtime?

Hmmm. Maybe there are too many employees.

Fire all the vaxxed ones.

Seems pretty clear to me.

Who said this?

What kinds of illnesses are you seeing?

This is the dictatrix governatrix who says we have to wear face diapers outside.

Honk honk honk.

I think it's her last term.

Flat-earther shills that also "agree" with "Qanon" (note the quotes) make a big noise about their beliefs in order to make the rest of us (the good folks in GAW, for example) look like fools.

It's that simple. This is an information war. Flat earthers are part of their controlled opposition.

FTA:

It's a tour de force that makes it unlikely that any halfway honest court can or would resuscitate the mandate or that either OSHA or even Congress could try again.

Great! But do we have any "halfway honest" courts left in this country?

Intentional for sure, but why? It's not like any of us is stupid enough to click the link, right? So what's the point? If I'm a spambot operator, why would I do this?

Yes, and also a law that when a retraction is published it has to be at least as prominent as the original story. No more tiny boxes on page 38. If the original story was a front page headline, the retraction also has to be, and with the same size of headline text.

The Sun does not "drag" the planets. That would imply there is some force holding them back. The planets orbit freely, and they are all (approximately) in the same plane (the ecliptic) like a huge dinner plate with the Sun in the middle.

The Sun and the planets all move together in their Galactic orbit. There is no cone shaped structure and there are no plasma tubes that change the Sun's movement. The whole Solar system glides majestically along through the vacuum of interstellar space. It does not move around in weird ways, it just keeps gliding along through the Galaxy in the same direction. The Sun's gravity holds the Solar system together and keeps the planets in their (roughly) circular orbits.

Further, to the best of our knowledge the Sun has not significantly changed its color in the last couple of hundred million years. It's been pretty darn close to white the whole time.

Also, the Earth is a globe, not that Clif has any problem with that statement! :)

Yes, he does seem to be quite good at sociological / current history analysis, which is why I follow his releases. Some really interesting stuff in there.

But when he starts talking about cosmic plasma tubes and how the non-nuclear Sun "drags" the planets behind it in a cone, and how the Sun is made out of hematite or whatever, I really start to wonder about what else he says that is dubious or edgy but outside of my personal expertise (science, nature, technology).

Still, I do listen and try to cut him some slack in the science and nature stuff.

He is interesting to listen to for sure but his explanations of things like Earth's orbit and how the Sun works are just plain bat shit crazy. Really detracts from the likelihood that I will believe much of the other stuff he says.

But yeah, he is sure interesting to listen to.
