I've heard "stone-cold killer" and such to denote emotional detachment and stoicism but I've never heard to it applied to a "loser". I guess I don't get out much.

That is some odd phrasing.

We found a Breathe-Easy in our city. It's a group that meets in semi-secret to play hobby-level board games. No masks, no social distancing, no proof of vaccination required. It felt like pre-scamdemic times. Very liberating.

We're in a "blue" state with a mask mandate and a culture that seems to enjoy it, for the record.

These days whenever I see the word "harm" there's a reasonable chance that it's a part of some leftist/racist/globalist diatribe. Why? Because "harm" is a word that sounds bad but is ultimately vaguely defined. So they throw the word around and garner sympathy ("Who could be against harmful things?") without having to specify what exactly is "harmful".

Matthew 7:21-23 : "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’. And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’" [NKJV]

Imagine being downvoted for speaking the word of God.

Pfizer's protocols for the COVID mRNA testing, Nov 2020. Read section 8.3.5. There's a whole section on "EDP", "Exposure during pregnancy". "SAE" is "Severe Adverse Event".

Probably to minimize the credibility of people calling "coup". We also need to re-do all of the downballot voting. Heck, we'll probably need a whole lot of new mayors, governors, city councilmen, and congressmen once everything comes out.

I would've believed this a year ago, but not so much now. A lot of police stood by while people were attacked and business burned during Antifa/BLM riots or have enforced unlawful lockdown mandates. A lot of doctors/medical personnel insisted that face masks work, social distancing is necessary, COVID-19 is just as lethal for young people as old, natural therapies/remedies don't exist, and that the mRNA vaccine is needed and not harmful.

My new M.O. is to trust sparingly.

Like every Utopian since, he believed that the role of government was to "do things", not to safeguard the God-given rights of its citizens.

CA's political establishment, maybe. CA's people are trying to kick out their commie governor.

Also, I don't care about the GOP gaining seats until the corruption is rooted out. It's all Uniparty to me.

Why do this over tonic water? Sugar. Tonic water, at least from what I've seen sold in the US, has nearly as much High Fructose Corn Syrup (sugar) as regular soda like Coca-Cola. Don't be fooled by its bitter taste.

Reducing your sugar intake is one of the best things you can do for your health.

FDR was a tyrant who made the Great Depression far worse than it needed to be. He also abused Americans who happened to be of Japanese decent.

For the lazy: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/coca-cola-says-time-find-common-ground-voting-measures-pressure-from-right

Original quote: “We believe the best way to make progress now is for everyone to come together to listen, respectfully share concerns and collaborate on a path forward. We remain open to productive conversations with advocacy groups and lawmakers who may have differing views," the company told the Washington Examiner. "It’s time to find common ground. In the end, we all want the same thing – free and fair elections, the cornerstone of our democracy.”

I don't know if the boycott's been all that effective, Coca-Cola's share value (https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/KO) has increased since a 6-month low around New Years (seems cyclical - maybe from New Year's resolutions falling off?). Having said that, I'm still not buying a Coca-Cola product ever again.
