It blows my mind that you think this is something everyday people, like very much most people that are normal, don't know. It is conventional wisdom. Children in Jr High use it as deep thoughts material during their first subverting or rebelling.

When we believe our time spent is better than others time spent, we are making a morality judgement.

Also, I agree with you. About addiction etc. But I loathe to hear the guy on the internet that does internet better or at the right time, or somehow correctly, compared to people on The street.

It doesn't matter to me where one is doing it or how long they've lived there. If I walk out my door today and begin a headspace where I'm validating the notion that I'm superior to people i see, I'm just fantasizing. It's worse than looking at a phone.

I know for people that are really wanting more control of their neighbors desires and inner thoughts that it must be frustrating to be thwarted by Big Phone.

I don't know why you think that everyone doesn't already know this. It's conventional wisdom. This is not controversial.

Sarcasm hopefully. But if not, I hope you like fascinating discoveries because water and the water cycle and the hydrosphere and water treatment methods, and pollution and agriculture is really a huge subject, and it's pretty amazing.

The subject being water and how we be gettin on with it and what not.

I agree with most of your post. It's a shame that the charges of pedophile don't have any meaning so that it's very obvious who is being tarnished artificially and who is being caught committing crimes. People should use the word responsibly and not as an insult or an opinion about someone. Same this with SA. Remember how charges of sexual assault were thrown around so much around me too that there was a diluting effect on the stories that were true? t would be great to know the truth.

Going out into the wider world, especially into another country as a guest, and protecting ones ego by tabulating and quantifying the ways one is morally superior to the locals is pretty dope shit.

I simply disagree that people are waking up to this. The fall of Rome, late stage capitalism and the arc of the American century is not secret knowledge and it is discussed in schools and articles fairly widely. I tend to bristle at self reverential talk. I don't presume people's "demonic" possession " or other supernatural qualities..Just a personal preference

Of course not. People that don't get that have a fundamental misunderstanding of who and what Trump is and is not. It's what Trump would refer to as SAD. And they are MAGINOs.

I know EXACTLY what you mean by wanting it to be like it was when that was said.

You'd think, but alas that's not it's purpose. Think of the perennial appearance of a scapegoat in times when social upheavals, or what historians refer to as " interesting times" are at a frequency in which the center cannot hold. That's the offgassing of this meme

The ideas we are presenting? Lol. This isn't some archaic truth nor some mystical teaching or some wizard apprentice nerdshit. It's taught in public schools and is as common as high school level history and then taught in detail as a concept in college, as part of a traditional historical education. People know this. It's been known.

You are rooting against the United States in an existential battle, hypothetical or otherwise at this point in the show? Can you say that's your conviction? Are we a movement strong enough to admit this our stance?

You'd get fired. That's not how this is work at all. When you have standing or for example, control money, and outcomes that effect millions of lives, there won't be many folks that are going to be preoccupied with what you are wearing. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just going by what I've observed. And that is that most employees that work for a company that maintains a dress code or expectation of some kind, that trying to subvert it and defy the boss probably won't find you in a position that has as much leverage as you'd hope for in the equivalency you're trying to draw. Sucks for sure, but I don't let it bother me. Course where I work, we don't have a dress code beyond, Please Be An Adult.

You must already know that geopolitics since at least WW2 are much more complex than "mind your own business and we'll mind ours and everything will be fine". I mean, I get the spirit of what you're saying, and I am no teacher or even a serious student of history or geopolitics , really. But even I know that it's blood in blood out once you've been king of the hill as long and as completely as the USA has.

Oh. Well then. Someone should tell everyone else. Especially the people most effected by these transactions and the war that they sustain.

Have you seen the false conviction rates? Do you understand our prison industrial complex? Also, is it a good idea to give prisoners doing time for their crimes to be encouraged by the state to kill and torture?

I get it, pedos are the absolute worst. Couldn't agree more. But in a free society that hopes to bend towards justice in a very long arc or whatever, lol, ummm but yeah, it ain't free. Agonizing over it is the cost. I do however think they should be separated from regular society and traced for life as well as several other strategies if they don't merit lifetime incarceration.

When we tell ourselves these things it can be relieving and signal growth. When other people are telling you to get better at suffering, it's often a red flag.

Greed and narcissistic tendencies explains 99% of everything mythologized here. Think about it. Then go hug your loved ones and let them know you are about gratitude.

I hope that people aren't to proud to ask for money and food and shelter for their family. A man especially. There's so many homeless.

Ick. Family? I have a family. This is people commiserating on the internet. That's not a bad thing. People on the internet being supportive of one another is a wonderful enough thing. Doesn't need to be conflated with the people I spend my life with.
