The experiences with my whispers in her ear having 2 pandemic babies will make her love this meme. The nurses are more competent than most doctors (not all, based GA doctors) and my wife has seen this over and over. Now every appointment is with a PA and MRS are nowhere to be found...
My parents almost cut me off a couple months ago for something unrelated to COVID - they're on the same page with me regarding that- but I am the first born son and they got mad when I questioned their decision to give the farmland I grew up on to my younger brother. My mom had a panic attack and they told me to not contact them for awhile... but I sent them some conciliatory words and we don't talk about that but I made it clear I'm hurt by it.
That's mostly venting but it's not just about COVID... sometimes you expect loyalty from your family but you don't really know if it's there until it's tested...

Have lots of kids and make your own family that is more powerful and more important to you than the one you came from. That's what I'm doing and I just had my 3rd, working on a 4th.

Unless your country is Russia or China or Canada, your country is small enough that we're comparing apples and oranges if comparing countries. Comparison to individual US states is more accurate but still different. Tap water is handled by cities or counties here in the US, so the status of tap water has nothing to do with the country as a whole or even our corrupt federal government. The only place I know of here that can't drink tap water is Flint, Michigan anyways.

Some of us have drinkable water but bottled water purified with reverse osmosis is still cleaner than anything you get with any city or county-run water system in the world just because the pipes I'm your house and leading to it won't ever stay pristine.

I have heard this a lot and I think the red shoes also are used in depictions of abused children. I've also heard it has something to do with the Wizard of Oz.
Still, they don't own the color red and I refuse to let this kind of thing stigmatize something like wearing a certain color of shoes. If someone wears red shoes all the time and is an obvious creep like Tony Podesta, then yeah, I can agree that's probably a symbol or code. If a normal person wears red shoes, who cares?
I wonder if staying home but now starting to get out more starting in the summer has anything to do with it? I used to drive a lot more but I rarely drive now because I work remote and my wife likes to drive or she gets stir crazy. I've noticed a decline in my driving skills due to this.

The Division is a great example of how we now have to be smarter than storming the government like brutes. The premise is that the Federal government basically has sleeper cells of agents to restore continuity or government without requiring any directives. It's a cool idea but think about this within the context of the Deep State.
You might think you won taking down the government and restoring the constitution, then a group of Deep State sleeper agents subvert everything you've done and even infiltrate your ranks and hijack the revolution.
