That's how you do it! Will the unusually high number of religious exemptions not raise a red flag for the tyrannical medical community though? Most stories I've read you'd be lucky to get ONE exemption, let alone dozens. My prayers are with them.

Firstly, the company does not have the authority to grant a religious exemption. You do not need your company's permission to practice your faith. They have to give it period. If they refuse, sue.
The First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are broad protections for a reason.
Bingo. You notify them that your beliefs conflict with their policy and then they must accommodate you. It is the law but most don't seem to understand that.

The only real faith I see here is the unfounded faith that vaccines help people, which is completely baseless and is a cult.
My religious exemption was denied back in July. I'm in the process of suing for religious discrimination. It's a long and confusing process. I'm still in the waiting period while simultaneously getting harassed by the company's legal team to pay them thousands for tuition. It's a mess.

It is the only alternative to complying at the moment. At least they still have their jobs and can influence others.
Anyway, religion is not only related to a God. In the dictionary it also says:
a pursuit or interest followed with great devotion. "consumerism is the new religion"
With respect to everyoneās religion:
It enrages me that if I say āI donāt think I should take the vax.ā It is fine to fire me, punish me, limit my freedoms, call me a racist, etc.
But if I say āA magic man that maybe only I believe in doesnāt think I should take the vax.ā Then that is a valid exemption to be respected.
And I know people who are claiming religious exemptions who really donāt have a religious objection.
Don't take the religious exemption, either. Flat out refuse. They don't have the right to force you to take a vaccination. By taking the religious exemption, you are basically saying that you have to ask their permission to have sovereignty over your own body. You're setting precedent that they can later take away. Say no. Have your coworkers say no.

Taking the exemption is a contract. You are agreeing that the hospital has the right to dictate your health care and medical interventions.
Just donāt mandate it. Can donāt want or need an exemption to not be part of medical jab roulette.

There is a deep seated belief that forceful medical procedures violate basic human rights and will not be a part of Old Dominion Freight. Be ready for 2022, the freight will be absolutely pouring in and OD will push forward! He mentioned after 50 hours will be paid overtime but it will not be mandatory. Each employee is family and each requires different schedules.
