Maybe she’s waiting for the evidence to come out in other cases proving election was fraudulent in GA for example so they can do the work then she can appeal… as a lawyer she knows a lengthy court battle is expensive and energy draining
If you read in between the lines he’s saying they have to lay the proper groundwork before and that this allows them to get the timing right… it’s still around a year til election no need to rush it, timing is key, and allows more of the evidence to be cemented by the Biden family testimonies coming up for example
