Why in the fat flying fuck do illegals have CDL's to drive in the US to begin with?
Greed, fraud, slavery.... as a trucker i see this crap all the time. They can't read signs and barrel into slowed traffic or accidents. Scares me!
A friends father was a trucker for years. He was an immigrant (european variety). Came here in the late 70s but had to take tests and understand English to get the job, which he held for 30some years. Apparently such tests/standards aren't in place anymore? Scary indeed.
I vaguely remember a governor in the midwest (maybe IL) several years ago who got taken down in a scandal about distributing free licenses to illegal immigrant truckers. Those same politicians screaming "buckle up, it's the LAW" for seatbelt safety on the roadways are the same ones distributing trucker licenses to ppl who can't even read. Unbelievable hypocrisy.

What's going to happen is word will spread to the brokers that their deliveries are going to be held up and they're going to eat the loss on the delayed shipment, the towing, the storage of the vehicle until another driver can show up ...
Once this happens a few times, they'll see it as a liability and stop hiring illegals, at least ones that can't read.

LOL, in NJ the speeders drive in the right lane, middle lane, and left lane. Especially on the Garden State Parkway and Turnpike. The average speed on these roads is about ninety MPH. Seriously, it's terrifying.

This is as it should be most. Many of them can't drive for shit, and them behind the wheel of a truck is just some innocent's death waiting for a time and place to happen.
For the record, The Cat in the Hat may not be a reasonable test. Go Dogs Go could be used as a confirmatory test.
