Honest questions… (I am not a primary care doc).

  1. Who are these retarded imbeciles who need a doctor to tell them how to make healthy lifestyle choices?
  2. There already are outcome based pay metrics placed on many primary care providers. If you would like their pay to be based completely to outcomes, does the doctor then get to regulate every aspect of your life? What you eat, how much you’re required to exercise daily, how much alcohol you may consume, how late you stay up at night, etc?

Primary care is already a dying field. Most of them barely climb out of student loan debt before their 50th birthday and get paid less per hour than a master fucking plumber.

Your primary care provider may be a dipshit, but that vast majority of them are not evil and believe they are helping people to the best of their abilities.

Thanks for reposting,

There is sound logic to this regimen.

Lysine (and proline) inhibit lipoprotein-a from binding to endothelial cells (a predominant cause of athersclerosis/cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease). One article I read way back in the day reported lipoprotein-a as being 900% more atherogenic than regular ol LDL cholesterol.

Vit C helps with endothelial repair.

There’s a book from Pauling on all of this.

You’re a priceless treasure JT17.

This is common (and necessary) in small community hospitals and critical access hospitals. The alternative to this is that every patient sick enough to be in a critical access hospital ICU bed (typically a patient who would be in an intermediate or progressive bed in a larger tertiary care facility) gets sent by ambulance to the larger city….which would create myriad problems…need more hospital rooms/beds/nurses/doctors/staff at the larger facilities; need more ambulances and paramedics in these smaller communities to transfer the patients; etc

Admittedly, I have not followed this story much. Anyone else thinking that maybe they go to a location under the auspices of ‘training’ but in reality it is a recon visit/mission to make sure it’s an easy target? Idk, but I don’t really believe in coincidences.

I believe that the medical opioid epidemic was an intentional CMS driven initiative. They essentially made pain scale scores a vital sign and told patients that they the ‘right’ to have their pain treated - starting in the early 2000’s. Healthcare has since become a patient satisfaction driven customer service industry making it exceedingly risky for physicians to have anything resembling a confrontational/honest interaction with a patient. Any such interaction often results in 2-3 meetings with hospital administrators who then accuse you of being a terrible person (“lacking empathy”) for being mean to a patient. Despite these obstacles, opiate prescriptions (now all monitored by state health overlords) have decreased significantly over the last decade in my state. I’m personally in the lowest quintile FWIW. Final thought. A significant percentage of our fellow Americans lack anything resembling coping skills, pain tolerance, fortitude, resolve, toughness, etc. and seem to expect to live asymptomatic lives, often demanding prescribed analgesia for the most minor injury or ailment. This is not just a healthcare problem. It is also a problem with the pusilanimous nature of a large portion of our society.

Papules, pustules, ulcerations/crusting, erythema. Looks like a pic of zoster you might see in a textbook.

Looks like zoster/shingles to me but hard to say for sure based just on the pic.

On February 15, 2026, the US military achieved a historic first by airlifting a Ward 250 micro nuclear reactor, developed by Valar Atomics, aboard a C-17 Globemaster III from California to Utah. This 5-megawatt, unfueled, container-sized reactor is designed for rapid deployment, aiming to provide independent, reliable energy to military bases. Key Details of the C-17 Reactor Project: The Mission (Operation Windlord): The Ward 250 reactor was transported from March Air Reserve Base in California to Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The Reactor (Ward 250): Developed by Valar Atomics, this microreactor uses TRISO fuel, graphite moderators, and helium coolant. It is designed to generate 5 MW of electricity, enough to power approximately 5,000 homes, according to Valar CEO Isaiah Taylor. Purpose: The initiative aims to reduce reliance on vulnerable fuel supply lines, providing energy resilience for remote or critical, high-demand, and energy-intensive operations. Testing: Following transport, the reactor will undergo evaluation at the Utah San Rafael Energy Laboratory (USREL). Future Plans: The Department of Energy aims to have multiple microreactors operational by mid-2026, with commercial sales potentially starting in 2028. This operation marks a significant shift toward using modular, portable nuclear power for military and civilian applications, according to reports from The War Zone and NucNet.

Hello fren. I’m about 100% certain that I dated the girl closest to the camera in college (A.H. being her initials)….used to call her ‘Duker. What a small world. FWIW, I always adored her and hope she is well...and hope you are well also.

Statins are all about primary prevention of disease versus secondary. I would never take a statin solely because my cholesterol was high. If I had high cholesterol plus history of stroke or CAD, then there seems to be a significant mortality benefit. Not sure I would even take one then, but would at least consider it.

Robin Bullock, Kim Clement, Johnny Enlow, and multitudes more. You speak like some authority on God’s Word. I can’t imagine God would communicate via prophets for thousands of years, then just stop. Radio silence from heaven. Honestly, I can’t imagine being here as an anon and not knowing about some of these men and women. Maybe give them a listen before you so confidently deny their existence? Idk.

I have not looked this up, but unless you had a large tank and a strapped-on mask, I don’t think you could kill yourself with helium. You lose consciousness pretty early in the process. Mask would have to be secured to your face…or someone holding it on/murdering you. Anyway, carry on.

I’m very confused. Ashlanddog are you bailing on Q? Isn’t DJT Q+ and probably THE integral member of the Q team/op? Now he’s treasonous? I see the posts here and name calling/personal insults. I think you should maybe consider taking this down? IDK. You’ve been such an amazing (really amazing) anon on this site (and probably elsewhere) so I’m just not really sure what is going on here?
